Smashing windows and scrawling pro-BDS graffiti on a bank in New York is vandalism meant to intimidate Jewish New Yorkers and companies that do business with Israel.

A troubling new @IMPACT_SE report finds that Syria’s post-Assad curriculum is not moving toward tolerance, but rather continuing to promote an extremist worldview. Textbooks continue to promote antisemitic stereotypes, glorify violent jihad and martyrdom, and marginalize minorities.
If Syria’s new leadership seeks international legitimacy, what it teaches the next generation must be part of the test. Without meaningful education reform, the same hatred and extremism risk being carried forward, undermining any real prospect for peace, coexistence and reconciliation in the region. timesofisrael.com/liveblog_e…
Wikipedia banned editors behind an antisemitic, anti-Israel editing campaign. But nearly two years later, many of their biased edits are still live on the platform.
ADL’s new report, Damage Done: Wikipedia Leaves Biased Edits Unchecked Despite Editor Bans, exposes how Wikipedia has failed to clean up the damage.
ADL's @orensegal explains why banning editors isn’t enough: Wikipedia must correct the biased edits, address antisemitic bias on the platform, and uphold its own standards of neutrality.
Year two of our partnership with @NHCLC, and 25 years of their leadership to celebrate! 🎉
With 6,274 antisemitic incidents recorded in 2025, the third-highest year since 1979, we're equipping pastors to speak up and stand with the Jewish community through sermon and prayer guides, church visits and new joint programs. Honored to be at #NHCLCSummit.
The term “Shylock” is rooted in a longstanding antisemitic stereotype. Regardless of intent, its use can reinforce harmful tropes about Jews and normalize language that has long been used to target the Jewish community.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The term was used (for at least the second intent in as many years) by President Trump.

Important context to point out the user of the term regardless of intent.
ADL, @jfederations, @AJCGlobal, @Conf_of_Pres and @PrizmahCJDS are appalled that a planned professional development trip by Jewish early childhood educators to Reggio Children in Italy was met with political litmus tests and antisemitic rhetoric.
This incident reflects a troubling pattern of isolating Jews and Jewish institutions and making their participation in civic spaces contingent on renouncing ties to Israel, the world's sole Jewish state. Bringing this into early childhood education is particularly disturbing.
We call on Reggio Children to issue an unambiguous public apology acknowledging the antisemitism these educators faced and take concrete steps to ensure all educators are welcomed, respected and treated equally. A commitment to justice for all children must include Israeli and Jewish children.

1/ This month, we released ADL's #StateOfTheArts, examining the exclusion of Jewish and Israeli voices across American cultural life.
Now, we're taking a closer look at Missing Chapter, which identifies seven anti-Jewish trends reshaping publishing since 10/7, based on 30+ interviews with authors and industry professionals. 🧵
Jewish social workers are being excluded from professional listservs for supporting Zionism, and some therapists are promoting "antizionist therapy."
Identity-based litmus tests have no place in any profession. We join The Jewish Social Work Consortium in urging professional associations to recognize this discrimination and enforce their ethical standards. blogs.timesofisrael.com/jswc…
New ADL research found that many edits by Wikipedia-banned editors remain on the platform, and that efforts to push antisemitic and anti-Israel bias have become more subtle, including slowly reverting edits to avoid drawing attention.
As ADL's Daniel Kelley said, “As a one-off, it doesn’t necessarily seem to be anything. But when they’re constantly reverting edits on a particular topic, and they are connected to this other activity, it does show that this is a very subtle part of their broader ideological push."

Wikipedia is no longer a neutral source. ADL has uncovered a coordinated campaign to fill Wikipedia with bias and antisemitism. And because ChatGPT and other AI tools rely on it, these distortions spread misinformation and antisemitic narratives to millions of people.
You can help set the record straight by joining ADL in urging Wikipedia to adopt major reforms so it can't be weaponized to spread hate. action.adl.org/a/wikipediare…
A DSA chapter in California pulled its endorsement of a candidate after learning she is a Zionist. Rejecting a candidate for being a Zionist is a litmus test that targets the vast majority of Jews. Zionism is the belief in Jewish self-determination in our ancestral homeland. Excluding people over it is antisemitic.
We join the Catholic community and people around the world in praying for Pope Leo XIV's full and speedy recovery.
Wishing you a refuah shlemah, @Pontifex. vaticannews.va/en/pope/news/…

Soccer is supposed to bring people together, not shut them out.
Yet once again, Israeli soccer fans are being barred from attending a match in Europe, this time in the Netherlands.
Threats of violence must be taken seriously, but the answer should be to protect fans, not exclude them.
The formula is simple: Protect the fans. Address the threats. Don't let intimidation win.

Today, the J7 Task Force met with Irish Taoiseach @MichealMartinTD and Secretary General of @dfatirl Joe Hackett to sound the alarm about rising antisemitism in Ireland and to urge immediate action to protect the country's Jewish community.
We've seen in our own countries how an increasingly hostile environment for Jews can lead to deadly violence, as we witnessed in Bondi, Manchester, Boulder and Washington D.C. The demonization of Israel generates and fuels the surge in antisemitism in Ireland and beyond.
We warned the Taiseaoch and the Secretery General that the conditions for an antisemitic terrorist attack are sadly all too evident in Ireland, and Ireland cannot afford to wait for a tragedy before acting.
A Toronto event on Oct. 22, billed as a "Free Palestine Wiki Edit-a-thon," says its goal is "exposing the Canadian Zionist backers of genocide." That is a campaign to use Wikipedia to target people. It does not improve an encyclopedia.
Legitimate Edit-a-thons can fill real gaps in Wikipedia's coverage. But Wikipedia's own rules require neutral content backed by reliable sources, and they bar the site from being used for "advocacy, propaganda, or recruitment of any kind." An event built around exposing a group of named people runs directly against those rules.
ADL research found that at least 30 editors worked in concert to circumvent Wikipedia's policies and introduce antisemitic narratives, anti-Israel bias and misleading information. The same research found that Wikipedia relies on volunteer enforcement and has not built sufficient large-scale tools, such as automated detection, to enforce its policies. When organizers announce in advance that they plan to abuse a platform, the platform should act. We urge @wikimedia to do so here. adl.org/resources/report/edi…
1/ When asked about Oct. 7 for @lemondefr, Hasan Piker called it "an act of desperation." The interviewer's response, "Raping someone is not an act of desperation. It is just a crime."
Piker replied, "Yes, but, in any case, people are not born savages. They become so under the influence of their environment."
There is no "environment" that excuses rape and terrorist attacks on Israel. Piker's comments showcase a profound lack of empathy for the victims of Oct 7, and further dehumanize Israelis and Jews.

Today, the J7 Task Force gathered at Herzog Park in Dublin to stand in solidarity with Ireland’s Jewish community and raise concerns about antisemitic rhetoric and actions in Ireland, against a backdrop of unprecedented levels of antisemitism worldwide.
While Ireland is not a J7 member country, the particularly alarming antisemitic environment prompted us to include a special chapter on Ireland in this year's annual J7 report.
In just six months in 2025, Ireland's roughly 2,200-person Jewish community reported 143 antisemitic incidents. That’s a rate of 65 incidents per 1,000 Jewish people.
As Maurice Cohen, Chairman of the Jewish Representative Council of Ireland, emphasized today, “No Jew in Ireland should ever feel they must choose between being proudly Irish and proudly Jewish.” adl.org/resources/press-rele…
On the third anniversary of 10/7, as students, staff and faculty mourned victims of the Hamas-led massacre, anti-Israel protesters on campuses nationwide glorified the attack, praised terrorists and, in some cases, vandalized or disrupted memorials.
We documented these disturbing incidents, including over 140 student-led protests, underscoring that despite a decline in large-scale campus protests, the glorification of terrorism and antisemitic hostility remain serious concerns.
Universities must remain vigilant, consistently enforce campus policies and holding those responsible accountable to prevent such incidents from becoming normalized.
