Recent #floods in #Afghanistan highlight the need to support the Afghan population, and to work together on the causes and the impact of climate change around the world.
Recent heavy #rainfall & #floods across #Afghanistan have affected over 1,200 families, killing 32 people, injuring 44, and damaging & destroying nearly 1,000 houses & 63,000+ acres of land. OCHA & partners are assessing the impact & related needs and providing assistance.
