A normal South African experience.
Let me translate:
- “Robots” are traffic lights.
- People coming to your car window asking for money is normal.
- Thinking about having fake phones/rings and ignoring guns because they could be fake is pretty normal.
- Useless police is the norm.
- Stolen items are often out of the country within 24 hours.
- “Just be grateful you’re alive” is a normal response in sunny South Africa.

International Raw Milk Cheese Appreciation Day
Have you ever tried raw-milk cheese?
↪ I don't think I have, that I know of
The main question asked by many folks is, "how is raw-milk cheese different from any other cheese?"
Raw milk cheese is made from organic & unprocessed milk
While most industry-manufactured cheese is made from pasteurized milk & contains preservatives.
The industry-grade preservation process does kill the microbes but also kills the unique flavors.
The biome present in milk consists of both good and bad bacteria.
When preparing raw milk cheese, skilled artisans can strike a balance so that we enjoy the best of both worlds.
