One thing you learn about life when you almost die is to never take the small things for granted. You’ll see Life as a collage of precious moments. Today I walked 2 miles w/o oxygen AND I climbed a hill to see sunset w/ my wife +dogs! feels good to push myself to new limits

Where is the national media?
Right now, a genocide against Christians, perpetrated by Muslims, is happening in Nigeria. More than 3,000 members of Reverend Ezekiel Dachomo’s church have been killed. And he has already conducted over 200 mass burials for his congregation. This year alone, more Christians have been killed in Nigeria than Gazans in 3 years of war. But no one seems to care, and the media remains silent.

“I PAID $425K FOR THIS HOUSE IN 2022, AND NOW I’M OWED $610K, THE MARKET OWES ME! YOUNG BUYERS OWE ME! I’M OWED THIS RETURN ON MY INVESTMENT!…” If you’re going to treat real estate like an investment EXPECT to lose money when the market shifts, just like any other investment

WA voting system is so rigged man. Why is this ok to put opinions to mislead voters on the ballot itself? The tax is not in place yet, so there's no "decrease" in funding if this passes.

URGENT: mRNA shots are now slaughtering livestock at terrifying speed. 5th-generation rancher, Braden Jensen, reveals what happened after 525 hogs received a live mRNA vaccine: In only 21 days: - 25 dropped dead - 55 became emaciated and clinging to life - 20 went lame - 12 completely wasted away - 25 more showed critical, life-threatening decline This is the exact same spike protein technology forced on humans — same rapid destruction, same catastrophic outcomes, same “safe and effective” claims. Our food supply is being turned into an experiment. Animals are dying from the identical mechanism linked to human injuries and deaths. This needs to end now.

The U.S. housing market is experiencing one of the worst homebuyer demand recessions in history. Mortgage purchase applications have collapsed 60% from their pandemic peak. Demand is now back near 1995 levels, and even lower than at any point during the 2008-2012 housing crash. Think about that. There are fewer mortgage purchase applications today than during the worst years of the foreclosure crisis. Homebuyers have effectively gone on strike. And that's a big problem for sellers. Because roughly 70% of home purchases are financed with a mortgage. And that's likely to put even more downward pressure on home prices. The silver lining? It's a great time to make low ball offers, and pick up houses at big discounts in late 2026. To see where mortgages have dropped most, search your ZIP on Reventure: reventure.app/map/jYRFYxGKsw

Seattle Times just admitted the quiet part. The millionaires tax is a Trojan horse. Democrats have said for years they want the income tax the courts blocked in 1933. Once they get the first one through, it does not stay on millionaires. You know how this ends. Vote yes on I-645.

"We are talking about educational opportunities for Washington children, and your fiscal argument amounts to complaining about paperwork.” The second half of Rep. Travis Couture’s letter to Superintendent Chris Reykdal turns up the heat over Reykdal’s push to keep Washington out of the federal Education Freedom Tax Credit. Couture challenges Reykdal’s administrative-cost objection, pointing to an estimate cited in Reykdal’s letter of at least 10 hours of state work annually per scholarship organization. He demands an actual cost analysis and volunteers his own time. Then comes this: “Yet, ironically you don’t seem to care about the hordes of unfunded mandates and administrative burden you’ve placed on public schools. Pick a lane, Chris.” Couture argues that rejecting participation won’t repeal the federal credit or put additional money into Washington’s public schools. It will prevent Washington students from accessing the scholarships. On the objection that the program won’t solve school district budget problems: “Duh! Of course it isn’t. The purpose of an educational scholarship is to help educate a child, not to balance a school district’s budget.” His sharpest assessment: “It takes an extraordinary amount of bureaucratic arrogance to look at a program that could help struggling families and conclude that nobody should benefit because government cannot control enough of it.” Couture closes by urging Ferguson to reject Reykdal’s recommendation and opt Washington in: “Our responsibility is to educate children, not protect institutions.” Final four pages below. 🧵2/2

MUST READ “You are the enemy of educational opportunity and results.” That’s how Washington Republican Rep. @TravisSCouture opened a blistering letter to Superintendent Chris Reykdal after Reykdal urged Gov. Bob Ferguson to reject the federal Education Freedom Tax Credit. The program, launching in January 2027, offers a federal tax credit for donations to approved nonprofits that provide K–12 educational scholarships. Those scholarships can help eligible families with private-school tuition, tutoring, and other educational expenses, including support for public-school students. Washington must opt in for local students to benefit. Otherwise, Washington donors can still claim the credit by supporting scholarships in participating states. Couture argues Reykdal is putting government control ahead of children: “The tyranny of protecting systems over children is shocking.” “Washington families do not exist to serve the education bureaucracy. The education system exists to serve Washington families.” He also takes aim at Reykdal’s objections to broad income eligibility: “You present the possibility that nearly every American child could qualify for an educational opportunity as though it were a problem. Since when did near universal access to education become something the Superintendent of Public Instruction should oppose? That’s insane.” And on parental choice: “You are protecting a failing monopoly, an antiquated system that fails kids. Your letter works for the WEA, not for students or families.” Read the first four pages below. The remaining four follow in the next post. 🧵1/2

So the head of public instruction wants the Governor to refuse federal financial assistance and instead increase taxes. Voting matters!

I corrected the count from Washington’s primary election. Jay Inslee’s vote was fraudulent because he doesn’t live in Washington anymore. Also, Debra Stephens is terrible because she does not care about the law, only the agenda. Make sure to vote for Todd Bloom next month.

Folks, this ISN'T the millionaires tax. The jobs that paid for these mortgages are going away. xitter.cf/skeptrune/status/21093… I told you all this 9 months ago... xitter.cf/aviel/status/201910552… and it's why I sold my house in Seattle. It was NOT because of taxes. Imagine how bad you think this is going to get and then multiply by 10. The tax situation is just compounding the pain. New jobs will be created, nature finds a way, but there is gonna be a hell of a lot of pain in the transition.
Seattle is Number 1!!!! Zillow data shows the Seattle area home listings have exploded. There were 14,877 listings in the region in September, a 20.3% increase YoY - the highest in the country. Zillow's data shows Seattle has the highest percentage increase in home listings of any tracked US metro area. This is a buyer's market opportunity if buyers don't need to rely on a 7.5% mortgage. But job creators are leaving and only low end job seekers are coming in. How many of these sellers will be choose to walk away and hand the note to the bank? And what is the expected hit to property taxes based on valuations? 🤡 For a state with an undisciplined spending problem, the only answer is to punish the people with record taxes. Handing out drug needles helps too! 🤡 The data shows this is highly concentrated in Seattle, even though other oppressive state regimes are facing similar challenges. Logic says that a large portion of sellers are pulling the rip cord to leave Washington's taxation regime, woke insanity and poor academics in government schools, support for violent crime, and handing out hundreds of thousands of needles to drug freaks.
