i was being repeatedly followed home from a station not far from Romford, after filling multiple police reports they said they couldn’t persecute him because he hasn’t caused me any physical harm… the whole point is preventative measures. @BTP u lick arse and are a failure.
In September 2024 Tommi Harwood raped a 16-year-old girl at Romford station.
CCTV footage caught him smirking before carrying out the attack…
Thanks to her brave report and our investigation, he’s now behind bars for five years.
