Hi, it's Darshita. I am a designer.
And I'm pitching myself in public 'cause I'm done with a year full of anxiety.
Everyone says design is dead and AI killed it. But the real parasite was hiding in plain sight.
So here's my film, DESIGN IS DEAD. She's bold, fearless and very PINK 💖

On Friday, Ramp submitted an application to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) to establish Ramp National Trust Bank.
If approved, the charter would allow the trust bank to offer fiduciary investment management and custody of digital assets.
The proposed trust bank would bring these services under a consistent federal regulatory framework, helping us build great products alongside our banking partners to further our mission to save businesses time and money. It will not take deposits or make commercial loans.

you can’t even get a bagel in nyc anymore bc they’re all owned by private equity
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Many NYC bagel shops are independently or family-owned, not by private equity. The pictured shops (Leon's Bagels and Apollo Bagels) are run by their founders with no such backing.

this sort of commentary sets a dangerous precedence for design leadership in general. i don't think anyone understands that dismissing this now will have deep repercussions in the future.

Hi, when you are done fiddling, please send resume of top crest designer. Make sure they can do better than the 1782 official national emblem of the United States. Maybe stick to sass apps.
