Not to be discouraged, he brought it along to a West Central London Fixers event at @214space. Fixer Pierre found the lowest cost way to fix it, and Jeremy will be back next time with the spare parts, for Pierre to finish the job.

The children and young people of Grenfell have been beyond inspirational for these last 7 years. They have shown courage, leadership, maturity and determination. They are the hope.
Our local youth has arranged for some support tomorrow as the #Grenfell Tower public inquiry publishes its final report. A day filled with so much emotions but together as a community

These young people are training to be our councillors and MPs.
We desperately need their brains, their hearts, their sense of duty and determination.
They’re brilliant.

‘We hope for the best for this community Grenfell has made. We all need to speak upand express what we need to say. We have made many memorials, sweet benches and more, we are still waiting for one thing, justice.’
So proud of our youth team.Their words, their future

Today @214space experienced the warmth of the Southall community. I was so touched by the welcome and support we received. We are pleased at the opportunity to replicate the model of empowerment, resilience, community growth and sustainability we developed in @rbkc since Grenfell. It’s been quite a journey. I’m so pleased to have met with inspiring women led organisations in Ealing.Southall is much more than just a large town in London. It is a vibrant, thriving community where diverse cultures coexist harmoniously, creating a unique and enriching environment. It is by visiting neighbourhoods that you see the tangible benefits of City Hall investment and its policies . As we now know the true position of the national public purse, we also know that it is with our communities that we will co-create solutions to address some of the challenges that many face. Thank you Southall community, you amazed us today! #London

‘Now 7 years down the line we stand before you demanding social change
7 years down the line we stand before you stronger, smarter and aware of your failings’
In awe of our inspirational youth. They are determined, they are articulate, they are finding their voices. Children when #Grenfell happened they have grown with trauma in the shadows. They too want justice. They too want the @grenfellinquiry to deliver truth and change. They too must be counted!
Give them some support, follow them on IG and TikTok @spaceyouth.7

Space Youth 7 impressed everyone at the #Grenfell anniversary with their inspiring documentary and the power of their words. Tomorrow they are hosting their first ever event and it looks like a fantastic afternoon.
We look forward to hearing much more from them.

Brilliant piece by @tashae23 which perfectly summarises how we all feel. Political parties should add this to their manifestos if they are really serious about making a change and show ethical leadership. Bur of course they won't, because being ethical is too much like hard work!

Seven years on from Grenfell, it was a privilege to attend the screening of the @214space documentary highlighting the resilience of children & young people growing up in the aftermath & watch them release doves. A beautiful tribute to mark the anniversary. 💚#Spaceyouthteam

Looking at @214space impactful work so far in 2024! 🌟 This year, we’ve witnessed rapid growth, extending our reach across London to address the pressing challenges posed by the escalating cost of living crisis. Our team @214SPACE has been tirelessly responsive, implementing strategic initiatives to mitigate the impact on fellow Londoners. Grateful for the dedicated team and our growing community making a difference together. This comes at no surprise to me, I knew that it was for us to create lasting change following Grenfell, it was for us to build capacity in communities.Let’s continue to create positive change! #SPACECharity #CommunityImpact #CostOfLivingCrisis #LondonTogether” – at Hammersmith, London
