Reminds of the racism against Black community when they were marginalized. The picture shows saddening truth of how #Rohingya are treated in modern day Myanmar. While travelling in the same train, Rakhines are allowed to sit on the seats and Rohingyas are on floor or just stand.

Education of children is critical for any community. More so for #Rohingya #refugees who have been persecuted for decades.
Rohingya teachers know their community best. They are the key to the success of education in the camps and their views must be respected. – at Dhaka, Bangladesh
📚 UNICEF & partners have been successful in getting 350,000 #Rohingya children aged 4-14 into learning centres.
Now they can follow the Myanmar curriculum. This will help them reintegrate into the Myanmar education system and society when they can safely return home. 💙
