UNEB has cleared this NRM MP that her qualification of a certificate in hair dressing is enough to be a member of parliament.
She has never did PLE, in fact during court session she failed to answer what PLE stands for. She has never did s4 nor S6.
But when Mathias Walukaga got the NUP card to contest in Busiro with his p7, s4 and equivalent S6 certificate he was stopped and kicked out of the race when NUP has no time to replace him even.
But here, a woman who has never gone to school, can't even tell what's PLE in full is in parliament.
I bet if she ever speak on the floor of parliament. What will she say? In which language? Who will listen to her? Responding to who?

Uganda's justice system hits a new low with the head of the Judicial Service Commission Singiza Douglas openly endorsing Museveni's brutal, criminal son!
The JSC is legally mandated to enforce the Judicial Code of Conduct , which strictly forbids judicial officers from engaging in partisan politics - both in and out of the courtroom. How is that body expected to discipline judicial officers who violate the Code when its very head is breaching the code with impunity? How are the citizens, who are opposed to the criminal regime expected to get justice under such a system? Those who fail to get justice after being abducted and violated by the criminal he is endorsing?!
No wonder, Singiza, when he was still a magistrate he was famed for covering up the worst crimes against humanity, and reminding victims of torture.
Our nation has hit rock bottom! We have a lot of work to resuscitate it!
