Adapter to Aave (Ethereum/L2) • Wrapper wDOMAIN (ERC-20) ↔ a bridge from fDOMAIN or directly from DomainNFT via a collateral module. • Price Oracle: valuation index for domains (VWAP from recent trades + floor/appraisal feed), sourced from the Doma Indexer + marketplaces; returns values via the Aave Oracle standard. • Liquidation Adapter: when a position falls below thresholds, auctions the domain on integrated marketplaces (e.g., Magic Eden), or allows liquidators to redeem wDOMAIN → DomainNFT. Risk Management • Conservative LTV (10–25%) for premium domains; with an additional HF buffer when a domain is near renewal due to expiration risk. • Kill-switch in case the oracle goes stale, and a grace period for expiring domains (prompting renewal fees to be paid). (Possible because Doma maps renew/transfer events onchain). 3⃣ User Flow & Added Value for Aave ☄️User Flow 1. Domain owner tokenizes the domain on Doma → receives a DomainNFT. 2. (Optional) Fractionalize into fDOMAIN. 3. Bridge/Wrap into the Aave chain → wDOMAIN. 4. Deposit wDOMAIN into a dedicated Aave pool → borrow stablecoins/ETH. 5.
