"Crowley!!" Aziraphale stands before him, holding some flowers at his back. Aziraphale trembles, yet not from fear but nervousness.

"Good heavens. I-I don't know what came over me." The stick drops from his hands, landing on the ground with a loud 'THUNK'.

"I refuse to comment on that. It isn't my place to judge the divine...or their children." Aziraphale steps in line with Crowley. "What did he want? He gave you something? Is it another end-of-times plan?"

Was prepared to risk it all. "Oh. Good, he's gone. @ThyFoulFiend what did the Dark One want with you?"

"I have been quite busy."

They look away and clear their throat. "Perfectly fine."

There are times—which are more often than not—in between work, when he has moments of weakness. When the craving to experience life the way humans do creeped upon him. He hated and loved the demon for luring him into temptation. Perhaps he did do the bad thing after all.

Aziraphale has important work to do. They can't dwell on the demon forever.
