Unfortunately, we are being blocked by certain oligarchs in order to maintain their monopolistic chokehold on the Indian people. You can guess who they are …
This is a crime against the people of India!
India needs @Starlink 🇮🇳
• 11,256 of India’s listed villages still lacked 4G coverage as of May 2026.
• India had 1.093 billion internet subscriptions in March 2026, but only 440.87 million were rural. Rural subscription density was 48.31 per 100 people, compared with 126.80 in urban India.
• BharatNet had laid over 850,000 route-km of fibre and made about 221,000 Gram Panchayats service-ready. However, its Points of Presence were reported operational at only 80,472 Gram Panchayats in June 2026.
• Only 4.26% of India’s internet subscriptions were wired connections in March 2026. Starlink could give underserved communities another route to high-speed broadband.
• Starlink has already built 20 gateway sites in India, according to SpaceX Vice President of Starlink Business Operations Lauren Dreyer, speaking at India Mobile Congress today.
• Starlink says it has developed India-specific security controls designed to keep Indian user data within India.
• Its satellite network could bring high-speed internet to remote villages, mountains and islands where extending fibre or mobile networks is difficult.
• Better connectivity could help rural schools access online learning, clinics offer remote consultations and small businesses reach more customers. Starlink already supports education and healthcare in remote communities internationally.
• Portable Starlink terminals have supported disaster response around the world. They could give Indian emergency teams backup connectivity when floods, earthquakes or storms damage ground networks.
• Direct to Cell could also help ordinary 4G phones connect beyond tower coverage, subject to Indian approvals and mobile operator partnerships.
• The government itself identifies difficult terrain, low commercial viability and infrastructure constraints as reasons for remaining coverage gaps. This is exactly where Starlink could help India reach more people.
• India should complete the remaining clearances and spectrum allocation so Starlink can begin commercial service.
• SpaceX’s Vice President of Starlink Business Operations, Lauren Dreyer, said that Starlink is ready to help achieve Prime Minister Modi’s vision of 100% connectivity across India. She highlighted its potential to connect remote classrooms, support telemedicine and restore connectivity after disasters, adding, “With Starlink, people can get connected within minutes, not years.”
India’s hardest-to-reach communities deserve reliable internet too.

This is Kyrgyzstan , world’s 125th largest economy which Modi is visiting.
Look at the roads, the air quality, the lane discipline, the 0 pothole movement, the side walks.
Now compare it with the capital or any city of world’s 6th largest economy and Vishwaguru and you will realise how badly we have been scammed by our politicians and babus.

"If you went to IIT, and then your son also had to go to IIT, you have failed" - heard this at an alumni meet
IIT launches a guy once, and his entire next generation reaches escape velocity. The 1985 IIT graduate's kids go to Stanford or Harvard, not Kanpur or Kharagpur.
Harvard compounds families. Third-generation admits, names on buildings, legacy as the ultimate flex.
Vicious, but the logic holds. IIT is a cut-throat escape ladder for families to jump their social class. If your kid still needs the ladder, your escape didn't stick.
It might be the only elite institution where legacy is a quiet embarrassment

Indian immigrants make the highest fiscal contribution to their host nation, as the chart below shows.
India sent her best.
I hope India retains its best in the next generation. India also should attract some of the talent that left.
From the migrant perspective, why stay where you are not welcome? Bharat Mata wants you, needs you and welcomes you! Come home, let's create a strong and prosperous Bharat 🙏
Crazy people on X are bashing Indian immigrants, but my new research published today finds that Indians are the best major country of origin group of immigrants.
The average Indian immigrant and his or her descendants will save the federal government $1.7 million over 30 years.

X is deeply concerned by the recent order from the Karnataka court in India, which will allow millions of police officers to issue arbitrary takedown orders through a secretive online portal called the Sahyog. This new regime has no basis in the law, circumvents Section 69A of the IT Act, violates Supreme Court rulings, and infringes Indian citizens’ constitutional rights to freedom of speech and expression.
The Sahyog enables officers to order content removal based solely on allegations of “illegality,” without judicial review or due process for the speakers, and threatens platforms with criminal liability for non-compliance.
X respects and complies with Indian law, but this order fails to address the core constitutional issues in our challenge and is inconsistent with the Bombay High Court's recent ruling that a similar regime was unconstitutional. We respectfully disagree with the view that we have no right to raise these concerns because of our incorporation abroad—X contributes significantly to public discourse in India and the voice of our users is at the heart of our platform. We will appeal this order to defend free expression.

Eat one meal less, but prefer traveling by car. On the road, you’re like an egg, one fall and you’re gone. You are that vulnerable.
It’s a war zone out there.
Buy any ‘use & throw’ car that fits your budget. Something like Celerio is near perfect in budget.

Hypothesis on travel in India:
it's overrated for those with kids
costs a bomb even for basic clean surroundings
you see Instagram pics
and feel it's effortless
it ain't
the planning is a work in itself, with high variance in experience if you get it wrong, even if you pay the same amount of money & have a decent budget
the bigger issue is how it makes you feel about the rest of your year
it's like simping for a person whom you only get to meet 5 days a year or 10 days a year
you spend the rest of the year planning it and waiting for it as if it will magically solve you
it makes you dislike your current existence
it makes you feel there is a utopia beyond your current existence
travel is a limerence where you spend months of rent on 1 week of travel
last
but not the least
it makes you envy those who can do it better
and then you cope on twitter by writing notes such as this one
