I just noticed the detail: the light in his hand was shaped like an inverted cross. And he calls himself "Fallen Angel."
I could talk all day about this page and about how Sukuna used the art of "psychological manipulation."
Step 1: He talked about Tsumiki's death, which struck Megumi's heart as he felt he had no one left to rely on.
Step 2: He talks about Yuji killing someone and Megumi saving his life, so Megumi is an "accomplice." At this point, Megumi is like Sukuna - a criminal. He's making both of them feel equally guilty ==> on the same level.
Step 3: After he felt Megumi was desperate enough, a final blow was struck, a solution he thought Megumi would surely agree to: He suggested entrusting everything to Sukuna and behaving obediently.
