the moat is literally just caring about your work and being proud of your output and holy shit it does not seem to apply to 99% of people
Eh, kinda true kinda not? Both get as far as they can with their limitations but yeah. As someone who dedicated themselves to sales for 2 years and got “the hang of it” I can say this is somewhat correct

JUST IN: Robinhood CEO Vlad Tenev says we are at the beginning of a "tokenization supercycle" that will "eat the entire financial system."
This shit would be huge for small businesses who want to actually foster some type of community inclusion.
BREAKING: 🇺🇸 The SEC has officially proposed its first ever crypto rulebook.
Here are the key points:
1. Projects can raise up to $75 million a year without registering as securities.
2. A separate one time exemption allows up to $5 million over four years.
3. A token stops being a security once the team finishes what it promised to build.
4. State securities rules get overridden for these offerings.
5. Projects still have to disclose key information to investors.
The public comment period runs 60 days.

“This is the fifth time we’ve negotiated a peace with Iran during this war and we’ve become exceedingly efficient at it.”
It feels like we’ve somehow created math in hat acts as a virus does in biology if you put energy into and it and release it into the world. Not alive, not dead, an unfeeling effect into the world

This is all *real*, my friends. It's really happening. RSI *will* happen. The machines *will* build even smarter machines. New architectures *will* be invented. AI *will* become indistinguishable from a conscious entity. We humans *will not* always be in control.
This all seems purely theoretical with a tinge of sci-fi for now, but I think it's actually coming our way quite fast. Just think about how far we've come in <2 years since o1-preview, realize that we have been significantly accelerating since then, then extrapolate another ~2 years into the future.
And there is no imaginary pause button we can hide behind. We must take a deep breath and face this brave new world.
For better or for worse, like it or not, it is coming.
