$1.5 million for mental anguish. $750,000 in exemplary damages. $300,000 in attorney's fees.
Sheikh denied the allegations. This was a civil judgment, not a criminal conviction.
Then security guard Syed Humzah Hashmi pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child and child-pornography counts after a boy attending the Islamic School of Irving said Hashmi took him into an empty classroom and assaulted him.
Twenty years.
🚨And now another lawsuit.
A 2026 lawsuit alleges that a woman cleaning the Islamic School of Irving on September 27, 2024, was raped by a 14-year-old former student — and that personnel failed to call police after she reported it.
The lawsuit seeks more than $1 million and names the Islamic Center of Irving, its school board president, and NAIT.
The petition says the juvenile later pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault and received 25 years. Those juvenile records are sealed. The civil allegations against the defendants remain pending.

The Left Wing freak reportedly came in through the open front door of Ann’s house.
The suspect entered the kitchen where she was eating her lunch at the kitchen table.
He stood in front of her and asked ‘do you happen to have any bank cards and ID?’ During this, he kept the hammer by his side.
Almost immediately, he began hitting her in the head 21 times.
It is not yet known if Ann responded to this question, but clearly she would have been absolutely terrified in these moments before death.
The entire ordeal is thought to have lasted around two minutes.
