🇦🇷 🚨 MI ARGENTINA — ~6M CITIZEN RECORDS ALLEGEDLY OFFERED FOR SALE A threat actor on an underground forum claims to be selling a database allegedly associated with Mi Argentina, Argentina’s official digital citizen portal. The actor claims the dataset includes roughly 6 million records with fields such as: * National Identity Document (DNI) numbers * Full names, emails, and dates of birth * Residential addresses * Tax/labor IDs (CUIT/CUIL) * Process statuses and IDs * Passwords * Fingerprint data * Vehicle registration plates Research date: Sep 29, 2026. The claim has not been independently verified. ⚠️ Analyst Note: Mi Argentina is a high-value government digital-identity / citizen-services surface. Self-authored underground listings of national ID-scale dumps are frequently overstated, recycled, or assembled from multiple sources. Volume, field authenticity (especially biometrics/passwords), freshness, and whether any Argentine government system was actually compromised remain unconfirmed. The posting account is a new, low-reputation forum member — treat attribution and sample quality with extra caution. We assess this as an unverified threat-actor claim, NOT confirmation of a compromise of Mi Argentina or Argentine government systems. If authentic and non-public, national-ID and biometric material could support identity fraud, account takeover, and targeted social engineering — but those outcomes should not be treated as confirmed on the basis of a listing alone. #DDW #DarkWeb #Argentina #MiArgentina #Government #PII #DataLeak #ThreatIntelligence #CyberSecurity

🚨 CYBER INTELLIGENCE ALERT: PROBABLE SALE OF BANKING DATABASE — ARGENTINA 🇦🇷 💥 THREAT ACTOR LISTS RECORDS OF 750,000 BBVA ARGENTINA PREMIUM CREDIT CARD CUSTOMERS FOR SALE [STATUS: THREAT UNDER INVESTIGATION / UNCONFIRMED / CLANDESTINE CHINESE MARKETPLACE] A threat actor identified by the obfuscated alias F****3 has announced—on a Chinese-origin underground data marketplace—the exclusive sale of a massive database attributed to high-end credit card customers of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Argentina (BBVA Argentina). The actor claims the repository consolidates personal information on 750,000 premium cardholders (Gold, Platinum, Black, and International categories), obtained via direct intrusion techniques. 🏢 Allegedly Affected Entity: BBVA Argentina (bbva.com.ar). 👤 Threat Actor: Seller registered under ID F3. ⚔️ Potential Attack Vector: Exfiltration via infiltration of relational databases (SQL Injection or compromised credentials) within loyalty systems, account statement generation platforms, or premium customer service portals. 🔍 Verification Status: SUSPECTED / UNCONFIRMED. The intrusion into the bank's central servers remains under investigation and preventive audit. However, this alert is supported by a high level of structural evidence due to the exposure of plaintext samples indexed on June 16 and 17, 2026. 📈 1. Timestamp Assessment (Last Access / Modification Dates) Data Freshness (June 2026): The final column of the data dump reveals detailed timestamps corresponding to very recent dates within the current month. Consecutively dated records are observed between June 9, 2026, and June 15, 2026 (e.g., row 6: 15/06/2026 04:23:10 am; row 2: 13/06/2026 11:36:19 pm; row: 15/06/2026 09:13:23 am). Date Conclusion: The timestamps align perfectly with the release date declared by the attacker (June 16). This indicates a high level of authenticity, demonstrating that the file is not a repackaging of historical leaks, but rather a compilation or active extraction carried out during the first half of June 2026. 📊 2. Internal Consistency and Data Structure (Data Integrity) Identifier Validation (Banking Series IDs): The sequential numbers accompanying the card details begin with... From a technical-operational standpoint, the prefix "54" corresponds to Argentina's international telecommunications code, followed by the indexing structure typical of telephony databases or regional customer profiles. Premium Segmentation Correlation: The variables in the card-type column correspond exactly to BBVA's Argentine financial market, listing valid classifications such as "Visa Platinum and Mastercard Platinum cards," "Visa Gold and Mastercard Gold cards," and "Visa Signature and Mastercard Black." Actual Service Usage: All records in the sample show the variable "Normal use," indicating that these are active production accounts rather than developer test or staging environments. Authentic Names and Emails: Name structures perfectly aligned with the regional context are detected, combined with email addresses from common and local domains, such as .com.ar. ⚠️ RISK ANALYSIS REGARDING THE EXPOSED DATA FIELDS If the illicit use of this batch of 750,000 cleaned records takes hold, the criminal implications for financial users in Argentina are severe: 👤 Identity Theft and High-Value Customer Profiling: The file consolidates and exposes Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, and Email Address. By identifying which customers hold "Black" or "Signature" cards, attackers obtain a list of targets with high purchasing power. 🛡️ TECHNICAL RECOMMENDATIONS AND PREVENTIVE MITIGATION 🛑 Immediate Activation of the Entity's IR Protocol (Corporate Action): BBVA Argentina's security incident response team (CSIRT) is urged to initiate an in-depth forensic audit of all relational database queries executed between June 1 and June 15, 2026, identifying potential mass data leaks via compromised third-party access points or telemarketing APIs. 📊 MONITORING AND EVALUATION Intelligence System: analyzer.vecert.io Quickly assess your website's security at: monitor.vecert.io #CyberSecurity #Argentina #BBVA #BBVAArgentina #DataLeak #CreditCardLeak #FinancialFraud #IdentityTheft #PremiumCards #ThreatIntelligence #CyberAlert #VECERT #Infosec #UnverifiedBreach

Another VPN that allows hackers to bypass authentication and this time it is Palo Alto! Remember 18 months ago when I warned you that VPN's are not secure? Many of you scoffed, but nearly every major manufacturer of enterprise VPN's has been found deficient in the most rudimentary way.
🚨 Hackers found a way into Palo Alto’s GlobalProtect VPN without a password. The flaw, tracked as CVE-2026-0257, lets attackers bypass PAN-OS authentication and establish unauthorized VPN sessions. Palo Alto says it’s already being used in real attacks. If you run GlobalProtect, check this now. Details ➝ thehackernews.com/2026/06/pa…

‼️🚨 BREAKING: 320,000 Fortinet firewall devices have been targeted in a campaign that has been dubbed 'FortiBleed'. Attackers were able to confirm 75,000 working credentials against the admin and SSL VPN interfaces. The victims include really big names like Samsung, Oracle, Spotify, Sony, and more. The data was first surfaced by researcher Volodymyr "Bob" Diachenko and analyzed by Hudson Rock and SOCRadar. The operation runs as a self-feeding loop. Attackers scan the internet for exposed Fortinet devices, then test each one against a curated list of passwords leaked from earlier Fortinet breaches and infostealer logs. Every successful login gets recorded into a verified database. They then turn each compromised box into a listening post, sniffing the traffic passing through the firewall to harvest fresh credentials, which go straight back into the scanner. The scale is large. The group ran an estimated 1.16 billion credential attempts against more than 320,000 FortiGate targets, plus 2.1 billion brute-force tries against 160,000 MSSQL servers. In the deeper intrusions they intercept SSL VPN authentication hashes, crack them on a dedicated 45-GPU cluster, and move into internal Active Directory. Diachenko confirmed full network compromises in Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, Iraq, and Turkey, including a Turkish NATO defense contractor that had classified defense documents stolen. If you run Fortinet, act now: rotate every VPN and admin credential, enforce MFA on all external gateways, restrict management access to approved sources, segment internal networks, and audit gateway logs for unusual logins. Hudson Rock has a free domain lookup at hudsonrock.com/fortinet. Data surfaced via the Hunt Intelligence, Inc. feed.

🇦🇷 A threat actor is advertising what they claim is a 20 million-record database extracted from Argentina’s AFIP ecosystem, specifically tied to the “Padrón PUC / Monotributo” taxpayer registry services. According to the underground post, the allegedly exposed data includes: • CUIL/CUIT taxpayer identifiers • Full names • Tax addresses • Province/location codes • Registry-related taxpayer information The actor claims the data was extracted from: “PUC Registry” certificate services associated with Argentina’s Federal Administration of Public Revenues (AFIP). If authentic, this would represent a significant exposure because taxpayer databases are among the most operationally valuable datasets in underground ecosystems. Unlike ordinary consumer leaks, tax registry data enables: • Identity fraud • Synthetic identity creation • Financial profiling • Loan fraud • Tax fraud • Business impersonation • Targeted phishing against businesses and accountants One particularly important aspect is the inclusion of: • National identifiers (CUIL/CUIT) • Physical addresses • Province mapping • Registry metadata because this combination dramatically increases confidence scores for identity verification abuse. Threat actors frequently combine government/tax datasets with: • Telecom leaks • Banking leaks • Credit bureau exposures • Healthcare records • Commercial databases to build high-quality identity intelligence packages for fraud operations. Another concern is regional cybercriminal monetization trends. Latin American underground ecosystems increasingly focus on: • Government registries • Citizen databases • Telecom records • Financial identity systems because these datasets retain long-term operational value. Even when passwords are absent, structured taxpayer records are highly monetizable for: • KYC bypass operations • SIM swap attacks • Social engineering • Cryptocurrency account verification fraud • Banking onboarding abuse The post also claims: • 20 million records • Plain-text pipe-delimited format • Recent submission dates observed in records which suggests the actor may be attempting to emphasize freshness and usability to buyers. However, underground claims are frequently exaggerated, and there is currently no independent verification of: • Authenticity • Completeness • Extraction method • Actual scope of compromise It is also important to distinguish between: • Publicly accessible registry information vs. • Unauthorized bulk extraction and aggregation because mass aggregation itself significantly increases abuse potential even when portions of data may already exist in public-facing systems. Organizations and institutions operating national identity or taxpayer systems should continuously monitor for: • Automated scraping activity • Enumeration attempts • Bulk query abuse • Weak API controls • Insecure certificate services • Misconfigured public endpoints because attackers increasingly target government infrastructure for large-scale identity collection rather than direct disruption. This alleged exposure highlights how tax and citizen registry ecosystems remain one of the highest-value targets across dark web marketplaces and cybercriminal communities. #DDW #CyberSecurity #DarkWeb #ThreatIntelligence #DataBreach #Argentina #AFIP #IdentityFraud #GovernmentSecurity #Intelligence

🚨 OpenClaw Chain Vulnerabilities Expose 245,000 Public AI Agent Servers to Attack Source: cybersecuritynews.com/opencl… A chain of four critical vulnerabilities discovered in OpenClaw, one of the fastest-growing open-source platforms for autonomous AI agents, has left an estimated 245,000 publicly accessible server instances exposed to remote exploitation, credential theft, and persistent backdoor installation. Shodan and ZoomEye scans as of May 2026 reveal approximately 65,000 and 180,000 publicly accessible OpenClaw instances, respectively, totaling roughly 245,000 exposed servers. What makes this chain especially dangerous is that the attacker weaponizes the AI agent’s own privileges. #cybersecuritynews
