1\7 We have some very disappointing news. The banking partner, that ultimately holds the funds and issues cards for ZELF, suspended our program, citing "program positioning and recent advertising". This happened on the same day we won 🏆 Product of the Day on Product Hunt 🧵

Today we received a communication from our banking partner that they are still working on the solution to get all the funds distributed back to the customers. The total amount of money held on the cards is fairly small, and we are confident that it's just a procedural delay 🧵

Due to high demand (and we thank you for your support ❤️), we got a bit of a #slashdoteffect (actually our banking partner did) and there is a bit of a delay in issuing new cards. This should be resolved shortly.
