Should we acknowledge that networking and office politics matter more than competence for career advancement, or does admitting this reality discourage people from developing actual skills?

Are most people actually stuck in jobs they hate because they've created lifestyles that require their current income, making career changes financially impossible despite claims about "choosing happiness"?

I hope some of this money will go towards philanthropic efforts to help keep people trained and educated by the time these jobs become available.

People are tire of how the current system works. Why is it so hard to get a job? Why is everything so expensive?

I like what dragon con does if I need a quite space I go to the game / manga room. They had a small room fit about 50 people with donated manga and some consoles so people could unwind with snacks / water.
