stuck on Chicago’s blue line underground somewhere just shy of the Division stop, apparently someone ran onto the tracks and they haven’t found them, so power is entirely off, no movement at all

Lights and AC are BACK baby. No movement yet but we are getting there. Just felt the train move! LFG! God bless America. Tax dollars at work. You love to see it. Headed back to Division now. Stopped again. Moving again. What a whirlwind.
We’re also having to coordinate with other members of Chicago PD/FD who are on the tracks, as well as the other trains that are backed up behind us. They’re now saying we can go to Grand, which doesn’t make a ton of sense. Seems like we are close to Division, next is Chicago stop
