@_PVRCinemas @PicturesPVR I'm fully disappointed with my experience at Jio World Plaza, where I went to watch Jurassic World Rebirth. ₹70 for a plastic 500ml bottle of water is downright unethical, & not allowing customers to pay with cash is illegal.
@_PVRCinemas @PicturesPVR the show was to begin at 10.30pm but cleaning after the previous show only began at 10.25pm, and wasn't even complete when patrons were allowed in to find their seats.
@_PVRCinemas @PicturesPVR once inside, there was no staff on hand to provide 3D glasses for a 3D film, merely a box by the door that we had to help ourselves from. Food trays and containers were still on the stairs, making it hazardous to climb to the upper rows.
