Do you know that the story/lore behind this build? The main subject, the women tree is inspired by the Greek myth Daphene, 'the women who became tree'. Transforming into a tree, and cannot move forever, she protected the surrounding life. The snail on her left hand allowed her to slow time itself. This granted the biomes extra time to flourish and everything around her more years to breathe, causing all life to grow far larger than normal. There's a caterpillar, pupas and butterfly representing full cycle of growth. i also used Santan flower (orange-yellow) which is a popular flower that you could see anywhere in the Philippines. 2025 @decentraland #Artsweek build 'The little self'.
