People who know me know how passionate I am about co-dependency. So I delivered a passionate pitch on this topic at @MidRCGP faculty meeting last week🎤 As GPS, we can slip into blurred boundaries & saviour mode. Boundaries aren't barriers, they're bridges to sustainable care 🩺
