Apple TV is interesting if you can get MacBook Neo os ported over to boot on it . You have a cheap Mac mini on your hands. They run on a similar mobile chip.
Just need to run REA on the Neo. And install on the Apple TV

A modder has managed to get Nvidia Pascal GPUs running on 32-bit Windows XP with unofficial drivers.
The modified drivers add support for cards like the GTX 1060, 1070, 1080, 1080 Ti and Titan Xp, while also improving compatibility with modern monitors through better DisplayPort and HDMI support.
Pascal never officially supported Windows XP, so this is entirely a community-made solution aimed mainly at retro PC enthusiasts.

Li-Ming and LeBlanc are both playable. So are Rubick, Axe, Thrall, Stitches, Kael'thas, Thresh and Ezreal. Full action combat: dodge roll, double jump, jump over projectiles.
