Sorry customers for the delaying commissions, i had to move house and many small problems interfered with work, my computer was constantly restarted even though i repaired and changed components for it 1 month ago (now im buying a new card and hope it will work better), the sewing and embroidery machine is also broken continuously during the time i need them. i dont wanna say these things to force everyone to sympathize with me, i hope everyone can understand that i dont want to extend a commission at all and im stressed when im constantly having problems. I dont wanna bring too many personal things into my work but i went to a psychological consultation a few months ago, there was a very difficult time for me and they advised me to spend a few hours a day for entertainment or rest to be able to balance my emotions and limit burnout at the end of the day. So I limited all activities of Yuki's Workshop from 7 pm in my time (6-7 am at the time of most customers), which can make people uncomfortable because it feels like i will reply to messages after 1 day, but I hope u understand that it is just a time difference between the two countries. I still think its all my fault and i lacked professionalism in managing time, machines, and work, im also trying very hard to do a good job and protect my mental health. I hope these things do not make u uncomfortable and my products will satisfy u despite the long process and many obstacles.
