Metal Gear Solid(1) has a lot of interesting and fun Easter eggs. One that’s often missed today: if you play with the audio set to Mono and call Campbell during the Hind-D battle, you’ll get this humorous, fourth-wall-breaking codec interaction.
It shouldn't be called Silent Hill if it's not set there!
It should be called
St Amelia: A Silent Hill Story
The vehicles of #SilentHillTownfall
I thought the devs were Ford fans until I saw the Golf 😆
The misses took me bra shopping 🙄 so I took her game shopping and ticked off a few more of my ever growing retro list
Has anyone else's @rom_est_2012 PlayStation: The First 30 Years book been dispatched on or around 16 October but sat at Fedex Stevenage all this time with no sign of movement 🤔
Woop, this is my last working Friday of the year, I've booked every one off until I break up for Christmas, four day weeks for the win.
Playing #SilentHillTownfall
Now I've finished Star Wars Galactic Racer, i can start this just in time for spooky season
Round 2 against Kestar on Galactic Racer. It hasnt been without many PS5 reboots to avoid disqualification.. I just had 2 attempts and hes doable, if I can put a lap together but that ship is fast and those narrow sections I can easily lose concentration /my eyes cant keep up 😳
Marvels Wolverine platinum.
I only had to find 2 whisky bottles and 3 crates I'd missed.
Not a bad game, not great either and that end boss fight dragged out far too long. But most modern games think that's the way to go but I find it fucking annoying.
What a horribly unfair game
Star Wars Galactic Racer is! Ive built a comfortably fast ship that wins providing I dont make a mistake, but just as Ive made a side bet that I can win next race, the game has slowed me right down so I cant keep up! Im even down to 6th some times! 🤬
Playing a bit of V Rally 2 now after Ive been playing the first game for a few weeks.
The intro still hits hard 💪

KNIGHTMARE IS BACK! An official point-and click adventure game based on the classic TV series - with actors from the original show. Coming 2027.
But just remember - it's only a game...isn't it?
My god the start of act 3 on SW Galactic Racer is fucking unfair! 35 minutes of rebooting PS5 after failing and failing to get round the track without being wrecked within a few corners and taken out on the next is infuriating!
I thought all digital was the be all, end all when old hardware/backwards compatibly comes into it 🤔
I've just gone to see what Android games i own on Play Store but surprised i can't download Broken Sword DC as it's not been updated to run on newer versions 🙄
I was excitedly reading this until it turns out it's just a Raspberry Pi emulator thing inside, and not the original/modified motherboard and more importantly, disc drive!
Meh.

How many more people are having @AmazonUK drivers just leave parcels at the door without knocking That's me more times than my Prime membership pays for and im about to cancel! Now sat at my misses house and they've just left it and never even knocked!
