🔸Not just that. Owning a car does not mean that I’m responsible for any traffic violations committed by any person who drives that car. The Road Traffic Act criminalizes driving not ownership. If my friend is driving my car and commits a violation, why are you texting me alleging I’ve committed a crime and have to pay a fine? We need new leaders.🇿🇼
