I’m so sick right now. @UPS lost a very important package of mine. The contents in it can’t be replaced. I’m literally in tears. I just don’t get it. For years UPS has been the only parcel service that I trusted and I when I needed them they severely dropped the ball.
I don’t want to even begin to discuss how awful @UPS customer service is. Like…how do lose one of four packages, without a trace or answer. And absolutely no one can help find it. Let please make it make sense.
@fedex is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I’m so angry I can explode. My client shipped a package to me last week that was supposed to arrive last Thursday. FedEx delayed the delivery of this package THREE TIMES!
Lied to me and my client and said the package was on the truck yesterday and it wasn’t. Then said they attempted delivery and never did. I cannot begin to tell explain how important it is for me to receive this package TODAY, because we are on a critical deadline.
