Thank you @DAfilms for having us onboard on this, amazing project.
We had a great time shooting our new short horror film “Elliot’s Cradle”, which was an excuse to work with my brilliant team, test out the new Arri Alexa 35 cam, & have some crazy fun in between some of the bigger projects. Please take a look here. 🙏🏾 youtu.be/q9vdhxQiiR0?si=cDdO…

As someone whose life was saved countless times by youth workers, youth centres, phenomenal mentors, teachers and olders in my community; as someone who came into liberation practice via workint with young people, I consider it a great honour that we are holding this space.
Are you a youth worker, practitioner, artist or in community, engaging with young people?
Join us in exploring the future of youth practice and how an embodied, trauma-informed, art-centred & justice-based approach is transforming the field.

ALT Above a purple to orange gradient, the words are a quote from Audre Lorde, which read: "Our children cannot dream unless they live, they cannot live unless they are nourished, and who else will feed them the real food, without which their dreams will be no different from ours? If you want us to change the world someday, we at least have to live long enough to grow up!' shouts the child." In the background there is a faded image from the Black Panther Party's free breakfast programme, of children smiling and congregating around a table.
