you're not looking at someone who woke up a loser; that loser attitude, that loser premise, makes no sense to me. Brevan. Norges. Multicoin

The collective sigh of relief on this platform this evening is concerning to me 😂

Copytrading is one of the worst things you can do as a trader. Anyone else feel the same?

That was fast. Wasn't CPI that dumped the market guys
Some thots about markets recently. Pretty churny spot. Overall crypto looks not bad, don't like AI supply chain as much. Not very high EV to keep shorting either

More bear gloating on the TL than price actually moving down Observing
So another short cover, into rug pull (no net exposure on the teleport down), followed by bottom shorting. This is not complicated shit, people.

Observing this still... maybe a spot to find out how much Vlad really cares about the chain ? (Some coins on here still can go -90%)

Complex to convey the public-key cryptography fears regarding $ZEC. In the worst case it would fare worse than any transparent chain. There is a reality where shielded addresses become fundamentally inviable for privacy. Uncertainty is higher than ever, sadly.

zcash:native Key Support Prices: Log Line Breakdown: $1055 BTC 1:100 Peg: $944 Grayscale ETF Launch (Aug 25): $753 Not Financial Advice
ZEC's last rally came with far fewer google searches than the first. Has it really crossed the chasm? How did the price get so high? zcash:native

Before I left, a trader asked me how much for this set. I asked him to bid. He offered 20 HYPE (~$5k). But I told him, “This is a gift from Jeff, it’s priceless.” He paused and replied, “But so are HYPE tokens.” And we both walked away happy.

Contrary to popular belief, Crypto Events (Token2049 at least) have negligible (0-5%) effect on $BTC prices. Still think we top during Breakpoint though (it's always Solana's fault)

FYI if any part of your reptile brain is thinking of slamming into $PRL at these prices -- CG and CMC reports of PRL supply is underestimated by 30% with around 700M of subsidies a year This will be a great short at one point (and a great long at another), just not today -- don't be exit liquidity for miners

Some notes: Decentralized Nebius, great team with rev backlog and mgmt guidance for value accrual to token; there's a good chance they found a workable biz model by serving 2C consumer group w/ a protocol / marketplace based set up. Think "hasn't pumped yet" is generally a poor reason to buy an on-chain token but this has a great growth story. Am long.
Not sure about that type of recovery but have sized earlier given the interest for AI infra. - 28m circ, with a bottomed chart - recently fully pivoted to AI Infra - 8 fig sales out of the gate, close to circ mcap - CEO clearly stating that token is an integral part of the project - all AI infra plays are rerating heavily - 0 mentions about it on CT, assume because people have no idea about the pivot or the project doing a bit of frontrunning I think.

Update:
Some might say the robinhood chain has topped, but velocity of asset inflow seems to be just inflecting up.

Holy sh*t Kimi forwarding customer prompts through Anthropic accounts Is this why Singapore had the highest AI penetration rate?
We're publishing our most detailed threat intelligence report to date. It covers how people tried to misuse Claude—for cyberattacks, influence operations, surveillance, biology, and building weapons—and how we found and stopped them. We disrupted every operation in the report, and used the lessons from them to strengthen our safeguards. Where appropriate, we also shared what we found with authorities and other AI companies. These cases are not typical: we’re highlighting some of the most sophisticated misuse we’ve seen. But they’re especially important to discuss, because they show us where AI misuse is headed, where our safeguards work, and where they need to improve. We’re publishing this report so others can spot the same activity on their own platforms, and so we can give the public a clearer view of how emerging threats develop. Read the report: anthropic.com/threat-intelli…

This is insane. OpenAI could be keeping an eye on quant traders’ prompts, tracking when someone seems close to a major PnL event, and then putting its own team on the same problem using ideas from those conversations. This would let OpenAI get to the alpha first, steal profit, and use the achievement to rent compute and stay ahead of Anthropic.
everyone getting sniped by the personal drama, but missed the more interesting unanswered question: can these labs see all your work and scoop you when the stakes are "high enough"? 🤷🏻‍♀️
