30-year-old Quinteceia Alexander allegedly pumped multiple rounds into a man at a northwest Houston apartment complex before turning the gun on police.
Officers rushed to the area just after 11 a.m. on October 4 after callers reported a woman shooting a man and fleeing on foot.
When HPD located Alexander, she ignored commands to stop, kept going, then yanked out a firearm and pointed it straight at the officers.

I’m genuinely shaken by what I just watched. 💔
A woman appears to be pushed towards the tracks at a metro station, with people desperately trying to intervene.
I watched it again because I couldn’t believe what I was seeing.
How can someone put another human being in such danger?
One moment, you’re simply waiting for a train. The next, your life could be at risk because of someone else’s actions.
I don’t know the full circumstances, and I won’t pretend I do.
But I genuinely struggle to understand how people can be so cruel to each other.
Where has our humanity gone?
Maybe I’m too sensitive, but videos like this really affect me.
How can anyone deliberately put another person’s life at risk and just carry on?
A grand jury in Texas indicted an ICE officer Friday on a second-degree felony charge for allegedly running over a man near Houston earlier in October.
Harris County District Attorney Sean Teare said the Mexican national who was hit is "seriously injured and hospitalized to this day" and has no criminal record.
In the immediate aftermath of the incident, an ICE spokesperson had said in a statement to CBS News that the man ran in front of the ICE vehicle.
The indicted agent "was one of the surge hires in August of 2025 for ICE," Teare said, adding, "I've reviewed thousands of job applications and resumes for law enforcement officers from around this state, and I'm not familiar with a single agency that would have hired this person."

The officer has only been identified as Sgt. Price with the Chattahoochee Police Department.
He claims he was just trying to assist EMS with a "combative individual" and encountered "physical resistance."
Dwight Jackson is the man attacked by the cop.
He says was not intentionally combative—was defenseless and only experiencing a medical emergency.
Dwight Jackson described the experience as being "more terrifying than being in the war."
Incident occurred outside his house on Chattahoochee Street in Chattahoochee, Florida.
