Interesting stat from Geoff Huston at #RIPE86. Use of open resolvers (e.g. Google DNS, OpenDNS, Cloudflare) in EU has dropped from 30% of users in early 2022 to 10% of users now. Will people be any more likely to use DNS4EU?

IRRd 4.2.0 is finally out! irrd.readthedocs.io/en/lates… (after community efforts to find exactly one release blocker each time I built a release candidate) 4.2.0 offers GraphQL queries on IRR data, queries and object submission over HTTPS, and many other improvements!

The existence of a notification/subscription service that would generate a REST call/email upon the change of an #IRR object would be of great value for the #networking automation.

Started playing with streaming telemetry on my #eveng lab using #Telegraf #InfluxDB & #Kapacitor and ended up embedding #grafana graphs of pps and BGP status updated with jQuery per 10s. Used the Text Obj to add images and JS. TODO: post about it. @EVE_NG_TEAM @InfluxDB @grafana
