🚨 BREAKING: An engineer on Anthropic's Claude Code team just showed how he gets Claude to plan. It's Plain language and every open question surfaced before work starts. His version isn't public yet, so I turned the idea into a prompt you can paste into Claude today. --- "I want to plan [PROJECT] before anything gets built. Make me a one-page plan as an HTML artifact. Write it in plain language a smart 12-year-old could follow. No jargon. → Start with the goal in one sentence → Break the work into 5-7 steps, in order → Under each step, list what I need to decide and what could go wrong → Put every question you need me to answer in a box at the top. Don't guess the answers. → Add a rough mockup of the finished thing (a page, a screen, a flowchart, whatever fits) Don't start building anything. Don't let me skip the questions. My project: [DESCRIBE IT IN 2-3 SENTENCES]" --- LLMs don't think, you do. This makes you do it before Claude starts.
I've been working on a skill that makes better HTML plans in Claude Code. It uses simple language, shows code snippets, surfaces questions & makes mockups. Linting reduces the normal failure cases that Claude runs into. Would love your feedback before shipping more broadly!

Fatal APMV‑1 encephalitis in a profoundly immunocompromised 16‑year‑old was only diagnosed after brain biopsy, when clinical metagenomics revealed a virulent pigeon‑associated avian paramyxovirus‑1 confined to brain tissue. Read the Case of the Month : shorturl.at/Wm5Hq
