Hitting the gym in winter isn’t the same as summer. You need extra motivation in winter.

I can’t wait to have a family & be a wife.. go on family vacations & build family traditions.

I gotta marry somebody that takes holidays seriously. A family oriented person. Birthdays, graduation, anniversaries etc. must all be celebrated fully in my household

I really hope women understand that you can be a wonderful person with a few embarrassing stories attached to your name. Please don’t spend your entire adulthood trying to prove you were never young, confused, impulsive or human.

They know nothing about picking your favourite raindrop on the window, and watching it.
Kids complain about road trips while holding an iPad. I used to stare out the window for six hours and hope we passed a cow.

Discernment is also being able to spot when your own spirit is off and needs correction.

Love after 25 is different You’re not looking for sparks. You’re looking for stability, kindness, and shared goals. You’ve outgrown games and butterflies. You’re craving peace, emotional safety and someone whose future aligns with yours.

we often get too caught up in the appearance and insecurities of our own bodies we forget to be thankful that it’s functioning and working for us everyday
I am so grateful for this body. For the opportunity to be fully in it. How it works. Responds. Submits. How it carries on.

i think its mandatory to stay in shape. you dont need to be skinny, at all. but you should be able to pick up something heavy, break a good sweat, walk up a few flights of stairs and breathe properly….end of story.

Before the gym → I don’t feel like going. After the gym → Best decision I made all day.

I hate the people at the gym who workout with a duffel bag. Put your fucking duffel bag in the locker room. Like what could you possibly need in there. All you need is a water bottle and headphones and even those are optional.

i dont think people realize how beneficial being alone for awhile is. taking time off from relationships, finding out who you are & what you want out of your life, learning to love yourself and growing, learning to be content and happy without needing someone. Its crucial.

normalize having a boring life. going to the gym, working, saving money, eating good, and going home is actually peaceful.

Sometimes you have to perform a little socially just to avoid being rude or awkward. I genuinely wish more people understood that and dropped the ego.
a lot of socializing involves performative interests and I simply do not give a sh!t
