ALT a meme in the format of 4 drawn cartoon-style panels. the first one shows a white, female-presenting person with long brown hair and wearing green jacket sitting on a bus seat with a handbag next to her. she is looking at her smartphone and smiling. the test above her says 'i love seeing people smiling at their phones in public'. the second panel shows a closer up image of her, now with tears in her eyes. one text box says 'did they recieve happy news?'. a second text box next to this says 'is it a text from a loved one perhaps?'. the third panel shows her face even closer up, wiping away a tear with her hand. the text box says 'what could be instilling such joy in that moment?'. the final panel shows a close up of her phone screen. in black text on a white background it says 'imagine a fully accessible and genuinely affordable public transport system'.
