Teaching has never been just about delivering content.
Teachers build relationships, adapt instruction, assess understanding, guide behavior, support emotional needs, communicate with families, collaborate with colleagues, solve problems in real time, and advocate for students. Often, they are doing several of these things at once.
What is one part of teaching that people outside education tend to overlook?
