這幾天，有件事情很意思。一艘在🇨🇳中國中業島海域非法炸魚的🇻🇳越南漁船無視🇵🇭菲律賓海軍、海警、國家警察多艘快艇的停船警告，向中國海警船駛去，似乎意圖引發中菲海上執法權的爭奪。
在中業島附近駐守的中國海警5102艦以及21581艇攔截了菲律賓快艇，雙方最近時僅有9米（菲方數據），中國海軍還出動了直-9直升機（尾號09）。最終菲律賓大舉出動卻無功而返。
我認為，這是一次標志性事件，雖然越南漁船最終被中國海警查扣，但是越南漁船寧願被中國海警抓，也不想被菲律賓抓這本身就是一種態度。菲律賓雖然仍然占據中業島，但這一海域的執法權事實上已經易手。🤔
