My elder sister was taking 800mg of ibuprofen when she was having cramps. When she went to America, she took only 200mg and it was more powerful than the 800mg she was taking in Nigeria. Our drugs has been heavily adulterated and its efficacy reduced drastically.
During my last visit to Nigeria, a friend had a headache and fever, so I gave him an ibuprofen tablet I had brought from abroad. He asked for two tablets, but I told him one was enough because it was original medicine😂
The next day, he came back asking for the sachet, saying I wouldn’t be taking it back with me because the medicine was so effective lol.
Before flying back, I ended up sharing the entire pack I had brought with me among my friends.
Many Nigerians have been taking fake or substandard medicines without even knowing it.

Yall can also have copilot help you build your agent lol. It knows itself best. It’ll literally walk you through it too. Most companies have copilot premium. Try to build something to help you do your job more efficiently.

Unfortunately, it’s not easy to explain in a tweet lol. Here’s a YouTube video that does a great job at getting you started. I’d say the most important parts *for me* when I’m building is the knowledge, what I give it access to, and remembering to tell it what NOT to do as well. youtu.be/Iz3ul6hSeTs?is=vvAw…

In any marital dispute, any party that tells your their story without stating any faults of theirs, be careful how you accept their story.
Most of the time, with marital disputes, there are always faults on both sides, while one might be more than the other.

Does this explain why so many smart Canadians 🇨🇦 are moving to the USA 🇺🇸 for better career opportunities, especially in the tech industry?
Spent the last 2 weeks in Canada, and it's immediately clear why America will keep its competitive advantage forever.
Don't get me wrong, I love Canada! It's beautiful out here, and the people themselves are also lovely.
But! There is a serious lack of ambition, and an enormous amount of averseness to risk in a way that is not really fixable imo

This reminds me of an interesting experience! 😂🇺🇸
When I was considering moving to the USA 🇺🇸 from the Netherlands 🇳🇱, I had no idea which state or office I wanted to relocate to. My department has a presence in several states, so I had quite a few options.
One day, I got talking with an experienced European colleague, and he started telling me about how terrible gun violence was in America.
He was particularly emphatic about Texas! 😂
According to him, schools in Texas weren’t safe, shootings were a major concern, and he had all sorts of frightening things to say about the state.
Omoh, I was just listening and taking everything in! 😂😭
A few weeks later, another colleague visited our headquarters in the Netherlands from our Austin, Texas office.
I arranged a coffee chat with him, and one of the questions I asked was how he managed to live in Austin considering everything I’d heard about gun violence in Texas.
His response genuinely surprised me!
He told me he’d been living in Austin for 13 YEARS and had NEVER heard the sound of a gunshot! 😂😂
I was shocked!
Here was someone who had actually lived in Texas for 13 years telling me something completely different from what another person had made me believe.
That experience taught me something important about people’s perceptions of places they’ve never lived in.
Of course, gun violence is a real problem in America, and we shouldn’t downplay it. But there’s also a difference between what we see in the news, what we hear from others, and what people actually experience in their everyday lives.
God help us! God Bless America 🇺🇸

My friend makes $1.2 million a year as an Anthropic engineer.
I asked him how he learned prompting so well. He sent me a video that was never supposed to get out. Their core team's prompting playbook.
You won’t find anything better about prompting than this 30 minutes video.
I watched it last night. Halfway through, I realized I've been using Claude completely wrong for two years.
Watch it, then read the article below.

Don't take things too personally. People don't think about you as much as you think they do.
You're busy replaying that conversation in your head, wondering why someone spoke to you that way or what they must think of you.
Meanwhile, they've probably moved on with their lives and aren't even thinking about it anymore.
Learn to free yourself from the burden of assuming everything is about you.
Sometimes, it's not that deep.
