The verification of zkp is a critical functionality of Ethereum. With time the demand for blockspace in Ethereum will increase and proofs systems will have to compete for computation with other applications in the EVM.

I agree. This is the main reason we have created @yanotherbridge with @thisisrj. Thanks to it we will be able to solve the liquidity fragmentation problem created by the great rollup centric roadmap. I honestly believe it’s an innovative but particularly simple design that will change things. We still need to design cancels and cross chain swaps but we’re close to having it done.
Almost all solutions are custodial and slow. Very safe for the user, fast and cheap. It only works between L2s or Ethereum.
It’s live on @Starknet testnet. Market making/providing liquidity is completely decentralized.
We’re going live in @zksync next. Then @Optimism @arbitrum @Scroll_ZKP and @base.

We have been talking with a lot of people regarding @yanotherbridge and @alignedlayer. Clearly there is a huge asymmetry of information with zero-knowledge proofs.
Our biggest bet is that verifiable computation is not only the future of Ethereum but the present. A lot of applications will use this, not only rollups.

We have created a very fast safe bridge between L2s and Ethereum with @thisisrj. We already have it working with @Starknet and Ethereum. @zksync is next.
It will have the option to use two proofs rather than only one of intent fullfiment. We might also integrate @eigencloud to solve one problem we have.
