I just built a Claude skill stack that researches channels, finds your audience, spots breakout creators, and tracks outlier videos from a single brief every week.
Feed it your niche and your best-performing content → it studies what's actually working in your space → surfaces the accounts, hooks, and formats worth acting on while you review and approve.
All inside Claude Desktop and Cowork.
Perfect for marketing teams and creators who are still scrolling manually for what's working, checking five platforms one at a time when one brief should cover all of them, and guessing at audience fit instead of testing it.
If you're running social in 2026, you already know the maths: the accounts growing fastest aren't the ones posting most, they're the ones with a system that spots what's working before everyone else does. Most people catch a trend after it's already peaked.
This skill stack solves it:
→ The Deep Channel Analysis skill studies any channel and pulls out what's actually driving its growth, not just surface stats
→ The Hook Machine skill reads your best-performing posts and writes new hooks in the same pattern
→ The Audience Bullseye Builder maps exactly who's engaging and what they respond to
→ The Creator Breakout Detector flags accounts about to break out before they're everywhere
→ The Outlier Video Pulse skill tracks videos overperforming their channel average, across every platform you're on
No scrolling five apps looking for what's working. No checking one signal at a time when a single brief should cover all of it. No guessing at fit when the data's already there.
What you get:
- Channel analysis skill: full breakdown of any account's growth pattern
- Hook writing skill: pulls from your own top posts as reference
- Audience mapping skill: builds the profile of who's actually engaging
- Creator and video detection skills: catches what's about to break out, before it does
- One skill stack you install once and run across every platform forever
Built for Claude Desktop, Cowork, and Sandcastles MCP.
I put together the full set, all 5 skills, ready to install.

Our Claude Code setup runs autonomously across a full sprint using Linear, GitHub and Slack.
I'm giving away the entire system we used to build it, for free.
Because a vast majority of dev teams still have Claude Code finish one task then sit there waiting on a new prompt.
1. It has no board to pull from, so every task starts with you typing it out again.
2. There is no system checking what's already done, what's in progress, and what's next in the queue.
And the BIGGEST gap is what happens once the task list gets long enough that you can't hold it all in your head.
Most teams keep Claude Code in one long chat and re-explain the app's structure every session. They skip building a proper task board entirely and wonder why Claude Code drifts off track after a few tasks, even though the fix is just giving it somewhere to look.
So...
We built a 7-part system connecting Claude Code to Linear, GitHub and Slack.
It includes:
1. Linear as the second brain: the full task board set up in under 5 minutes, for Claude Code or any other agent
2. Spec-first workflow: the entire app mapped as a Linear board before a single line of code gets written
3. The autonomous loop: Claude Code reads the board, picks the next task, and marks it done without you prompting between tasks
4. Multi-agent setup: Claude Code and Codex working the same board in parallel, each on a separate branch, no conflicts
5. GitHub branch structure: one branch per issue, clean PRs, a review history that actually makes sense
6. Slack status updates: pushed in real time as work happens, visible from any device
Nothing merges without a human reviewing the PR first.

Claude Code is INSANE for B2B LinkedIn outreach.
I've built a complete system with 8 parts we're running every week, hitting a 35% response rate on cold outreach, with worked examples for each step.
We're even currently working on how to remove all manual touchpoints from the scoring and sending process so the whole pipeline runs from one Claude Code session without opening a single tool.
Inside the mini-guide:
- Why value-first outreach works and what to send instead of a pitch: a custom LinkedIn banner or profile picture generated by Claude, specific to that prospect, before any ask
- The full pipeline: Sales Navigator search to Apify scrape to Claude Code scoring dashboard to personalised asset generation to outreach send, all with safety protocols capping at 20 connection requests per day and 30 to 60 second delays between actions
- The skills and agents that slot directly into this system so every session reads your ICP, your offer, and your voice automatically without you re-briefing anything

You can run your entire LinkedIn content engine from Claude without guessing what to post next.
Start with the problem. You want to post consistently, but every week you sit down and the blank page wins. You have ideas, but they never quite sound like you when Claude writes them. You publish something and wonder why it performed worse than a post you dashed off in two minutes six months ago.
No single prompt fixes this. Each layer of the content problem needs its own document, so you load all three and let them compound.
So you build three documents before you write a single post. The business overview tells Claude what you sell, who you sell it to, and what you're trying to achieve in the next 90 days. The priorities section matters most. If Claude doesn't know what you're actually trying to achieve right now, it writes generic content. The system instructions tell Claude exactly how to behave as your content engine:
the three goals every post must serve, your target audience personas with specific titles and industries, your post categories with their own word counts, tones, and hook patterns. The anti-examples upload your lowest-performing posts alongside their stats and label them clearly: these underperformed, do not replicate this style or structure. This is more powerful than telling Claude what to do. You're showing it exactly what not to do, with evidence.
That's the three-document system. Each document catches what the others leave uncovered, and your content gets sharper every session because Claude builds on context you only had to establish once.
Upload the business overview and anti-examples as files in your Claude project. Paste the system instructions directly into the Instructions field. Everything in the files section acts as a knowledge base Claude references automatically. Everything in the instructions field applies as standing rules to every chat inside the project.
Every post comes back with hook options, a recommended posting time, and notes on which goal it serves. The posts that fall flat get added to the anti-examples document, and Claude never repeats that pattern again.
Setting it up was the only part that needed you.
Most B2B teams only run Claude as a chatbot, prompting one task at a time and rebuilding context from scratch every session.
Our clients run their entire GTM operation from Claude Code, from lead sourcing to CRM sync, with this playbook:
This is the same playbook that our team has collectively implemented across
100+ B2B companies and GTM teams
50+ Claude Code workflows deployed
Setup that runs in one afternoon and operates unsupervised after that
In this Claude Code for GTM playbook, I outline exactly how you can:
1. Install Claude Code and configure it for GTM work in one session
2. Build your CLAUDE.md so every session loads your ICP, voice, and outreach standards automatically
3. Connect your CRM, enrichment tools, and outreach platform via MCP with no manual copy-paste
4. Run the lead sourcing workflow: Sales Navigator to enriched, scored, prioritised list in under 15 minutes
5. Run the data enrichment workflow: raw company list to verified contacts in under 5 minutes
6. Run the CRM cleanup workflow: flag stale records, duplicates, and missing fields in under 5 minutes
7. Run the outreach personalisation workflow: account brief to first-touch email to LinkedIn DM in one session
8. Run the competitive intelligence workflow: named competitor to battlecard and talking points automatically
9. Set up the safety protocols: daily limits, human approval gates, and account protection built into every prompt
10. Install the skills library: 50+ GTM skills that slot directly into this system with one npx command
11. Build multi-agent workflows that chain research, writing, and review agents in parallel
12. Run the whole system on a schedule so it operates overnight without you touching it
This covers the entire A-Z playbook for running your GTM operation from Claude Code.

Our team runs the entire LinkedIn pipeline from one signal-to-pipeline system.
The system reads buying signals, routes them into a 4-touch outreach sequence, tracks every connection and conversation in the CRM, and hands back a weekly pipeline attribution report.
They built it out of signal layers, content layers, outreach sequences, and Sales Navigator filters.
A signal is a verified event that indicates a prospect is in-market right now. It tells the system who to reach out to, with what angle, and by when. Six signal types ship in the playbook.
A tier is a classification that fires on the strength and recency of the signal. Tier 1 triggers outreach within 24 to 48 hours. Tier 2 within 7 days. Tier 3 goes on the monitor list. Behind each tier is the exact sequence structure, character limits, and approval gate.
→ Job change detected → connection note sent within 48 hours referencing the specific transition
→ Funding announcement detected → outreach sent within 14 days referencing the round and implied growth motion
→ Hiring signal detected → connection note referencing the specific role posted and what it implies about their priorities
→ Content engagement detected → connection note referencing the exact post they engaged with before any DM
The system was built one layer at a time, until each part of the weekly LinkedIn motion stopped requiring manual decisions. Then the whole thing was documented into one playbook.
What's in the resource:
- 6 signal types with tier classifications, urgency windows, and suggested opener angles for each
- The 4-touch sequence structure: connection note under 300 characters, engagement comment before the first DM, first message under 100 words with one question, follow-up from a different angle
- The Sales Navigator setup: 4 to 6 saved searches that refresh daily with signal-filtered ICP lists
- The content warming layer: post formats that warm target accounts before outreach so the connection request arrives after they already know your name
- The pipeline attribution framework: 4 metrics, CRM tagging by signal type, and the formula for calculating LinkedIn-sourced ARR
For years, real LinkedIn pipeline generation meant manual research, manual outreach, and hoping someone replied. Systems like this one are making that optional.

I debated keeping this to myself, but screw it...

🚨 BREAKING: This Claude Sonnet 5 PLAYBOOK for GTM Engineers is INSANE...
This setup turns a standard Claude session into a full outbound and pipeline engine running at roughly half the cost of Opus 4.8.
Fully automated. No re-explaining context every session. No burning Opus tokens on execution work:
→ Model routing config: 80% Sonnet 5 for execution, 20% Opus 4.8 for planning, cuts monthly Claude spend by roughly 50% without meaningful quality loss
→ CLAUDE.md builder prompt builds your full session context covering ICP, offer, proof points, voice rules, and campaign history in one run so every session reads it automatically
→ Plan and execute workflow: Opus 4.8 in plan mode designs the architecture, saves to plan.md, Sonnet 5 at medium effort executes it, same quality at half the cost
→ 6 agentic workflows running end to end: CRM hygiene, outbound execution, LinkedIn inbox triage, proposal generation from Fireflies transcripts, account planning, and weekly sales reporting
→ Effort level guide: low for formatting, medium for most outbound work, high for complex reasoning, xhigh when medium produces incomplete results
→ Skills install: one npx command installs 56 GTM skills covering outbound, content, LinkedIn, SEO, growth, and CRM, every skill reads from CLAUDE.md automatically
Built 100% in Claude Code. No re-briefing between sessions. No Opus tokens wasted on execution. Just install, build CLAUDE.md, run.
