2026 Topps Chrome Logofractor & 2026 Topps Chrome MLB Fanatics Megas With Logofractors being live, yet still without odds, I wanted to call out what we do know about the product as there are many people still wondering if it makes sense. But first, I want to address the Topps Chrome Fanatics Megas as we're now seeing the first wave of these being ripped. If you remember, I called out Fanatics Megas as being the best "retail" format of Chrome MLB, though I hesitate to call them a retail format since they are available from precisely one retailer who doesn't have a brick-and-mortar near you (Fanatics). If you need a refresher, here was my original Topps Chrome write-up available on the Substack. slabsquatch.substack.com/p/2… The reasons Fanatics Megas are superior to other retail formats are the following: 1) Autos are more plentiful and less predominantly from the lousy "Retail Autos" checklist. In Fanatics Megas, autos fall 1 per 5.2 boxes. Compare this to 1 per 6.1 regular Megas and 1 per 9.6 Value Boxes. The 30-card Retail Rookie Auto checklist is vile. I'll post it down below so you can see for yourself. The percentage of autos from this checklist that you will pull from Value Boxes is 70.5%. From Regular Megas, that is 43.1%. From Fanatics Megas, it is only 23%. Your auto possibilities are far better off the rip from Fanatics Megas than any other retail format. And it's not even close. 2) Numbered cards are more plentiful. From Fanatics Megas, you should pull numbered cards at a rate of 1.15 per box. This pull rate is more than twice as good as from regular Megas, in which they fall 1 per 2.25 boxes. And from Value boxes, you can expect one numbered card per 4.9 boxes. Now let's get into the weeds a bit. Specifically, the odds for Blue Toppsfractors from Fanatics Megas are 1 in 6 packs, or 1 per box. Every box will not contain one, but nearly all of them will. What this means is you will most likely pull a Blue Toppsfractor /150 from your Fanatics Mega, and you will have a small chance at an additional parallel. But those additional parallels are quite rare. But I contest that, even though your numbered card will likely be /150, that's still better than a less than 50% chance at a random numbered card, which is the odds you will find in regular Megas. 3) Rare Inserts are more plentiful. In Fanatics Megas, rare inserts fall at a rate of 1 per 7.9 boxes. This is largely comprised of "Fanaticals", which fall 2 per case and are only found in Fanatics Megas. If we filter out the base Fanaticals, which at 2 per case could be argued that they are not "rare" by definition, and only include Gold Fanaticals or better, then Rare Inserts combine to fall 1 in 38 Fanatics Megas. This is still much better than the alternatives. From regular Megas, your odds for pulling a Rare Insert are 1 in 175.5 boxes. From Value Boxes, this falls to 1 per 324.2 boxes. All of these reasons make it pretty clear that Fanatics Megas are the best "retail" format, if you consider them as such. Are they worth the extra $15? Only you can decide if the reasons I've stated above make them worthwhile for your purposes. 2026 Topps Chrome Logofractor Again, no odds as of yet, but we still know enough to run some comparisons. First, let's go through some Logofractor history: 2022: 110 card base checklist including 8 parallels- (Purple /250, Pink /199, Blue /150, Green /99, Gold /50, Orange /25, Red /5, Rose Gold /1) 37 total names on Auto checklists- •24 Logofractor Autos including both Rookies and Stars (Ohtani, Yordan) •8 card Future Stars Auto checklist •5 card Image Variation Auto checklist •10 Image Variations 2023: 110 card base checklist including 9 parallels- (addition of Yellow /75) 51 total subjects on Auto checklists- •31 Logofractor Autos including Rookies & Stars (Judge, Soto, Trout, Acuna) •10 Variation Autos •10 Future Stars Autos •10 Image Variations 2024: 200 card base checklist including 9 parallels- (replaced Yellow /75 with Black /10) 53 total Auto subjects- •37 Logofractor Autos including Rookies & Stars (Soto, Trout, Acuna) •5 Image Variation Autos •11 Future Stars Autos •10 Image Variations 2025: 300 card base checklist including 9 parallels- (no changes to parallel structure) •66 Logofractor Autos on the checklist- ALL ROOKIES, less than 10 of which most people would consider chaseable. •50 Image Variations 2026: 300 card base checklist (Changes: Pink now /250, Purple is now /75, no Aqua /199) •45 Logofractor Auto subjects, again ALL ROOKIES. However, ~20 of the names are SOLID, chaseable players. •50 Image Variations I've always been a Logofractor fan. In 2022 & 2023, for the price, it was one of the best value formats of each year, and probably my favorite release of both years. In 2024, Topps began the value extraction that they're known for from a previously fantastic product. For this year, the base Logofractor checklist jumped considerably, thus watering it down with more unwanted players' parallels. In 2025, that jumped even higher to a 300-card checklist, which remains static for 2026. While we still need odds to tell us hit rates of autos, the metrics feel pretty similar to 2025. I expect a similar or small increase in production numbers. 2025 was inarguably the low point. It was the most diluted of all the years, with easily the most depressing auto checklist with the removal of all established star autos. And for some reason (increased production), we now have 50 Image Variations on the checklist. OK, whatever. I suppose Golden Mirrors are still desirable in Flagship even though there are 350 in each Series. But these aren't those. 2026 is very similar to 2025 from a dynamics standpoint. We still have the entire 300 card checklist (meaning: mountains of common player parallels no one really wants) as well as 50 Image Variations. And Autos are still limited to rookies alone. However, 2026 Logofractor will still be miles better than 2025. This is due to the strength of the rookie checklist, less auto subjects than 2025, and more than twice as many that are actually desirable. The Squatch Verdict (before seeing odds, but still quite confident): I'm much more comfortable buying 2026 Logofractor at $120 than I was with 2025. That product was absolute debauchery. 2026 can still be rough, but there are enough legitimate auto and parallel chases to make it a fun, not-awful rip. I expect sealed boxes to climb once supply dries up. But when that happens, the value proposition falls apart pretty quickly. At $120? I'm OK with it. At $150+? I'm out. And I think you should be too. As a stash, $120 feels very safe. Somebody will be paying up for these down the road. I just hope it's not you if you're reading this. They're definitely not a $180 or $200 product unless you are a purveyor of self-inflicted harm. Once 2026 prices get stupid, if you still need some Logofractor in your life...go hunt down some 2022 or 2023 Logofractor instead. They're still out there, and both are miles better the years that follow. I just ripped some 2022 boxes at the National for $175 ea. And my LCS has 2023 on the shelf, but Mike is pretty badass so yours may not...but there are boxes on ebay for $150. 2024 is perfectly fine thanks to the deep rookie class, star auto potential, and pre-checklist explosion. But at $270-$300 like I'm seeing, that's a no from me dawg. 2025? Avoid it like the plague. Unless it's sub-$100. Which it won't be. 2026 at $120? Sure. Have fun. 2026 after the market gets ahold of it? Thoughts and prayers to your wallet. #thehobby #SlabSquatchAnalytics #2026ToppsChromeLogofractor #2026ToppsChromeFanaticsMegas

Josue De Paula legitimately has the ceiling of some hybrid of Juan Soto/Yordan Alvarez/James Wood in his range of outcomes and the more success/confidence he builds will help him reach close to it. Watch his process here working the AB. Even when "failing" he has a solid approach
