A lot of players & creators like to complain that "Val is dying" or "the community isn't what it used to be", when in reality, Valorant has done EXPONENTIALLY better long-term than anyone would have thought a few years ago. For the most part, I still love the game and enjoy playing it, and I know a fair amount of people in my circle feel the same way. You don't have to like the game, and that's totally fine, but I'm starting to heavily dislike the growing part of the community who's entirely personality revolves around hating the game with a passion, but at the same time playing the game 10 hours a day and constantly talking about the game. If you're starting to dislike the game and always talk about how bad the game is, in my opinion, you should take a break for a bit or quit. Making everyone else's experience miserable because you don't like the game isn't our problem. Also mainly making this post for the people who still enjoy the game, sure the game has it's problems for sure, but you don't have to get sucked into the group that I'm talking about. You can still enjoy the game, mute/block anyone super negative, and have a good time. It's a game, and unless you're the top 0.01% who's trying to go pro, the entire point is to have a good time & improve if that's something you're interested in. The lobbies with 10 people who actually enjoy the game and are trying their hardest show how good the game is, and if a lot of people changed their attitude towards the game I think we'd all have those matches a lot more.
