Steel @CarnegieArts @tbtlake this weekend was amazing. Full houses for the Steel choir who performed live as a fitting finale to the show and to the community tour of this special production. So grateful to the entire team and everyone who was a part of it.

We commissioned Steel at the start of 2021, not knowing what the future held. The reaction to this show by local people was amazing last night, over four years later. Two and a half weeks @tbtlake and then we're touring Cumbrian community spaces. theatrebythelake.com/event/s…

Drove from Mcr to @tbtlake today for a theatre production shoot. Popped the audiobook of @RichardEGrant’s “With Nails” on and was driving past Penrith at the exact point he was describing filming there.
WHAT a book. His writing is touching, heartbreaking, insightful, hilarious.
Have a listen to this badboy - it’s a cracker…
