An Urgent Humanitarian Appeal from the Heart of Gaza
I am writing to you today while my family and I are living through a real catastrophe. No words can truly describe the suffering and hardship we are enduring.
We are trapped, living in unbearable poverty. Every morning, we wake up not knowing how we will provide our next meal. We no longer have a safe home, a job, or any source of income. Everything we once had is gone.
My family goes to sleep hungry. We search for a loaf of bread, a bottle of clean drinking water, or even a single dose of medicine to ease the pain of a sick family member, but often we cannot find what we need.
This is not a request for pity. This is a desperate appeal for survival.
I am responsible for supporting a large family, and all I want is to see my loved ones eat, drink, and sleep safely, just like people everywhere else in the world.
How Can You Help Us?
I have thought long and hard about how we can overcome this situation, and I believe that together, we can make a real difference.
If 200 people each donated just $10, we could raise $2,000.
For my family, this amount would mean:
- Food to help feed my family for the coming months.
- Clean and safe drinking water for everyone.
- Essential medicine and medical treatment.
- Clothes and blankets to protect us from the cold.
- A chance to survive with dignity and preserve our basic human needs.
$10 might be the price of a cup of coffee to you, but to my family, it could mean the difference between hunger and having a meal, between suffering and finding relief, and between despair and hope.
