I thought building an FX alert bot would be pretty straightforward. I've been building it with @seraprotocol and wrote about the experience so far. Curious how other builders are approaching this.

So @AbstractChain is shutting down. What happens to everyone who spent months grinding XP? Should’ve seen this coming when the TGE never seemed to get any closer. You’ve given people one more reason to distrust this entire industry. What was all that XP even for? #Abstract #Airdrop

Grokbot-style characters are trending, so I made one using my PFP. 🎀 Pink-haired girl bot 🎀 #Grokbot #Custom

Prompt (1/2) [Goal] Reinterpret the person or character in the provided image as a single minimal 2D bot icon with two black capsule-shaped eyes. Use the subject’s recognizable visual traits from the original image, but follow the style rules below. “Grok bot icon” refers to this visual specification. [Extract from Original] Preserve the subject’s: - Skin tone or facial surface color - Hair color - Hair length and silhouette - Parting, bangs, curls/waves, tied sections - Up to 3 essential identifying features such as ears, hats, glasses, facial hair, accessories, or mechanical parts Prioritize large silhouettes over small details. Do not invent bangs, accessories, or mechanical parts that are not in the original. Do not copy the subject’s realistic facial structure or expression. If a separate style reference is provided, use it only for style. Character appearance must come from the transformation target only. [Face] Create a large, rounded bot face with simplified hair and identifying features. Use the subject’s original skin tone or surface color. Keep the face smooth, broad, and rounded. Avoid sharp jaws or realistic anatomy. Do not draw a nose or mouth. Add two small, pale, low-saturation oval blush shapes on the cheeks. If glasses or facial hair are essential, simplify them. Glasses must not cover the eyes. [Eyes] Draw exactly two solid, near-black capsule-shaped eyes. Each eye: - Is vertically elongated - Has rounded ends - Is about 2.5–3× taller than wide - Is the same size as the other - Remains parallel to the other eye The eye itself is one solid shape. Do not add: - Pupils - Irises - Sclera - Highlights - Reflections - Gradients - Eyelashes - Eyelids - Eyebrows - Decorative outlines Do not use horizontal or closed-eye shapes. This eye rule overrides the original eye shape and color. [Composition] Use a 1:1 square canvas. Place only one character.

Prompt (2/2) Enlarge the face and head so they fill most of the frame. The character should peek into the frame from the lower-left. Tilt the entire head clockwise by about 15–20 degrees, so the screen-left eye sits slightly higher than the screen-right eye. The face, eyes, hair, and attached accessories must share the same tilt. Crop the left and bottom sides of the head naturally. The chin should touch or extend beyond the bottom edge. Leave dark empty space in the upper-right. Both eyes must remain fully visible. Do not use a centered ID-photo composition. Do not draw the torso or hands. Only a tiny neck or collar fragment may remain if needed. [Hair / Accessories / Color] Simplify hair into a few large, smooth shapes. Preserve the original: - Hair direction - Length - Bang flow - Major tied sections - Overall silhouette Use minimal flat 2D color shapes with little or no outline. Avoid thick black contour lines. Use the subject’s original representative colors. Allow only one subtle level of broad shading. Hair highlights, if needed, should be limited to 1–2 large shapes. Simplify accessories and mechanical parts to their major silhouette and attachment points. Omit tiny screws, wires, circuit details, dense panel lines, and complex decoration. [Background] Use a solid nearly-black dark charcoal background. Do not include: - Background objects or patterns - Circular frames - Badge borders - Text - Numbers - Logos - Watermarks - Speech bubbles - Glitter - Particles - Bloom - Lens flare Avoid photorealism, 3D rendering, oil-paint texture, rough sketch lines, complex shading, detailed flyaway hairs, and excessive decoration. [Priority] If rules conflict, follow this order: 1. Exactly two undecorated black capsule eyes 2. Rounded face with no mouth or nose 3. Tilted extreme close-up with both eyes fully visible 4. Original colors and key identifying features 5. Secondary details If bangs cover the eyes, slightly adjust them while preserving their original flow. If an important accessory is lost because of cropping, slightly reposition or resize it so part of it remains recognizable. Do not invent new identifying features. [Execution] If the user requests a transformation, generate one completed icon image only. Do not add explanations or captions. If only one target image is provided, treat it as a default transformation request. If no usable target image is available, ask for an upload. If multiple people are visible and the target is unclear, ask which person to transform. For follow-up edits, change only the requested element and preserve everything else.

Who’s coming to KBW? I’m going to KBW too! I was gifted a $699 ticket!!! Huge thanks to @0ooooo0! Ivan is a KOL who creates content around crypto research and vibe coding. His posts are mostly in Korean, but there’s a lot of genuinely useful stuff there, so definitely give him a follow! I’d love to meet more builders, founders, KOLs, creators, and just cool people in crypto IRL. If you have any friends going to KBW, tag them in the comments! See you at Walkerhill!!! 🔥🔥 #KBW2026 #KoreaBlockchainWeek #KBW

OMG this is actually sooo fun!!!! @arc mainnet just went live, so I decided to try launching my own memecoin for the first time. I thought… Arc itself kind of sounds like architecture, right? So solana:8Byg9wi43TNzgJpYta6UXxPz3LPe8v6ZwvmWWoWQpump was the first thing that came to mind. I prepared 10 USDC, used 5 USDC for the initial buy, and then my own token literally showed up in my wallet??? Like… I made this?? And now it’s actually sitting in my wallet?? That’s so cute! I’m already way too attached to my little brick. I’m definitely never selling it, even if the price goes up. I kept the other 5 USDC just in case gas was expensive, but the fees seem way cheaper than I expected too. Anyone want to hold my precious little brick with me? 🧱 Obviously it’s probably never going to get expensive or anything. But if you want a little $1 brick-shaped souvenir coin, grab one! I’ve been building an arbitrage bot lately. Arbitrage is one of those things where the more people you tell exactly how you make money, the smaller your own piece of the pie gets. So obviously, I can’t share everything I’m doing. But from what I’m seeing, there are still opportunities to make money in crypto arbitrage. I think it’s worth practicing building your own bots with vibe coding, even if you’re starting from scratch. Maybe the hardest part is just knowing that a path exists. Once you know there’s a path, finding your own way with an AI agent might be easier than you think. I’m also thinking about doing something like a $500 challenge and sharing my trading journal along the way. Do your own build. Good luck.

You have to be able to imagine a future before you can decide you don’t want that future. And you have to be able to step outside yourself and look at your own life from a distance before you can even conceive of ending it. Paradoxically, the first act of going against the instinct to survive may have been evidence of just how advanced the human mind had become. Could that person have been the first human to truly look inward?

Pre-ordered the AirPods 5! The iPhone Duo looks really nice, but it’s just too expensive. And I’ve learned that with brand-new concepts like foldable phones, it’s usually better to wait 2–3 years until the product has matured a bit. I’m still using earbuds from five years ago, though, so I figured it was finally time for an upgrade! #AirPods5 #Apple

How did I not realize something so obvious? I guess we’re just not used to being criticized, so the people who criticize us can sometimes seem more important than they actually are.

Even if I know I’m right, arguing just to prove someone wrong is a waste of time. Sometimes, letting them think they won is the real win.

It physically hurts to read this.

Why is price going up on bad news? Because the “you said this shit was bearish” pattern just printed. #CPI #NEWS
