Frequency on APMC - MM route must be increase now as so many commuters are willing to travel in Ahmedabad Metro but due to 24 min headtime people avoid same.

When you’re in a car, you are the traffic.
When you’re on a bus, you are helping solve the traffic.
Traffic should not get the priority in our city. Public transport > Private vehicles

ખરેખર તો બસવાળાઓએ જ ફરિયાદ કરવી જોઈએ કે મોટી મોટી ગાડીઓ વાળાઓને લીધે એટલો ટ્રાફિક થાય છે કે અમારે મોડું થાય છે.
હકીકત તો એ જ છે.
પણ અહીં ઊલટું થઈ રહ્યું છે. બસના કોરિડોર કાઢીને ખાનગી વાહનોને વધુ જગ્યા આપવામાં આવે છે.
જે લોકો શહેરના ટ્રાફિકની વાસ્તવિક સમસ્યા છે એમને છૂટ આપવામાં આવે છે અને જે લોકો હજારો મુસાફરોને લઈ જાય છે એમનો રસ્તો હટાવવામાં આવે છે.

@MetroGMRC 2 trains at 8 and 9 were started towards Gandhinagar in may. But this timetable at old highcourt metro station shows last train towards Gandhinagar at 7.22 pm only.
Please clarify 2 trains after this time are running or stopped?

GMRC has awarded the ₹859 cr Phase 2A Airport corridor civil package to Ranjit Buildcon–SAM India JV.
Given Ranjit Buildcon’s past record (Mumatpura flyover collapse with poor concrete/quality findings, Surat Metro crane-girder accident, royalty-related FIR, repeated delays and debarment attempts), GMRC must enforce strict independent quality audits, safety monitoring, and milestone checks throughout the project.
Public money and passenger safety cannot afford another lapse. @MetroGMRC

Many people are willing to use Ahmedabad Metro, but waiting 15+ minutes for a train at Mahatma Mandir Metro Station discourages them from choosing public transport for their daily commute.
⏱️ Time is the key to increasing ridership. Commuters choose a mode of transport based not only on comfort and cost, but also on frequency, waiting time and total journey time.
Long waiting intervals:
🔹 Make daily commuting less convenient.
🔹 Increase the perceived journey time.
🔹 Push commuters towards private vehicles.
🔹 Discourage people from switching to sustainable public transport.
✅ Our suggestions:
• Increase train frequency during peak hours.
• Reduce waiting time to make Metro a more attractive option.
• Match service frequency with actual passenger demand.
• Make public transport reliable, convenient and time-efficient.
A faster, more frequent Metro means more passengers, fewer private vehicles, less traffic congestion and lower pollution.

આજ રોજ સવારે ભાવનગર થી ધોલેરા માટે ac બસમાં ટિકિટ બુક કરાવેલી. ઉતારવાનું સ્ટોપ ધોલેરા ગામ હોવા છતાં ધોલેરા અમદાવાદ એક્સપ્રેસ રસ્તા પર જ ઉતરવામાં આવ્યા . ડ્રાઈવર દ્વારા એવું કહેવામાં આવેલ કે વધારે પેસેન્જર હોય તોજ ગામમાં જઈએ

થલતેજ મેટ્રો સ્ટેશન નીચે પાર્કિંગ સુવિધા આપવા બદલ @AmdavadAMC નો આભાર.
અમદાવાદ મેટ્રોમાં થલતેજ સૌથી વધુ વ્યસ્ત અને મહત્તમ મુસાફરોની અવર જવર ધરાવે છે. હાલ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવેલ જગ્યા ઓછી પડી રહી છે. પોલીસ ચોકી પાછળની (૩જો ફોટો) ખાલી જગ્યામાં પણ પાર્કિંગ સુવિધા અપાય એવી વિનંતી.
