I have noted with deep concern the conduct of the ADC campaign team. The attacks directed at me, our presidential candidate His Excellency Peter Obi, and our party, the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), are unnecessary and unhelpful.
Rather than focusing on presenting the competence, credibility, and capacity of their own candidate as we have consistently done by placing our credentials and record of achievements before Nigerians, the ADC Presidential Campaign Council appears intent on creating mischief against our party and ticket. This includes attempts to portray us as working for the ruling party or to suggest that we may withdraw from the race in favour of the ADC candidate at the last minute.
The ADC-PCC would be better served directing its energy toward rebutting the serious allegations levelled against their candidate by the Vice President, His Excellency Kashim Shettima, instead of targeting me and His Excellency Peter Obi.
We are aware that the ADC-PCC may try to mislead our supporters on the eve of the election by claiming that we intend to withdraw in their favour. Let me state clearly and unequivocally: we will not withdraw our candidature for the ADC or any other party. We remain confident in our capacity, competence, and readiness to lead Nigeria.
The OK ticket is neither working for nor acting on behalf of the APC or any of its candidates. We see no possibility or reason to withdraw from the presidential race in favour of the ADC candidate or any other. These claims are unfounded and should be treated as such.
The APC-led government has failed Nigerians. The ADC offers no better alternative. We believe the OK ticket presents a credible and viable option, backed by proven capacity, a strong track record, credibility, and broad support across both Northern and Southern Nigeria. It is a healing ticket committed to uniting our country and tackling critical challenges in security, education, agriculture, infrastructure, healthcare, the economy, and other key sectors.
We believe the NDC remains the most formidable and viable opposition party in the country. I therefore urge all our supporters and well-meaning Nigerians to continue working toward the victory of our great party.
Nigeria will be OK. - RMK
We’ve seen this drama before. Go and support your preferred candidate. Leave Peter Obi alone.
I am facing my reality, it is why i am using every gotcha opportunity to remind the flock i told you so !
I support Peter Obi for the truth and point blank honesty therein and NOT so that i could lie to him or myself.
I did it to be straight forward, factual and realistic.
My stand is always the same.
Nonsense!!! Keep wasting your time begging criminals masking as Obidient.
For over 2 months, I have been begging some old Obidients. They are still giving me the same feedback. Now, some are supporting @OfficialAPCNg out of anger because of the insult they received. I don’t know what to say again.
I am still begging, we have a country to save! You all should please forgive and let’s move on 🙏🙏🙏.
World Poverty Day: Why Nigeria Should Have Declared Today a Public Holiday
Today is the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty. Sadly, Nigeria has become a symbol of the global poverty crisis. The rising poverty rate, from 40.1 per cent in 2019 to 56.2 per cent in 2023 and an estimated 63 per cent in 2026, shows how a country can move progressively backwards while those in authority appear unconcerned.
Millions of Nigerians are now struggling to live, to afford food, and access healthcare. Yet, government narratives often paint a different picture. What meaning does economic growth have when citizens are getting poorer, hungrier, and more insecure? Progress must be measured by improvements in people’s lives.
As poverty deepens, the government should genuinely show concern. Perhaps today should have been declared a public holiday, not for celebration, but for national reflection on how a country so richly endowed with human and natural resources has allowed poverty to overcome it.
Poverty is not Nigeria’s destiny. With competent leadership, prudent management of public resources, investment in education and healthcare, and support for agriculture and small businesses, we can reverse this trend.
A new Nigeria where no citizen goes to bed hungry and where every citizen lives in dignity is POssible and OK. -PO
When you get bitten by a snake, the only cure for it is Snake anti venom…
The biggest problem Nigeria has right now is corruption… And the cure for corruption is to bring in a man who has NO SINGLE CORRUPTION CASE…
PETER OBI IS THE ANTIDOTE TO NIGERIA’s PROBLEM…
ONLY PETER OBI
ONLY HIM…
So why are you worried that Kwankwaso will betray Peter Obi?
Isn’t that what you dream and pray for?
Are you now praying that Kwankwaso shouldn’t betray him?
Idiot, go get a job.
You mean Nigerians had nothing to die for until Peter Obi came on board? Your so use to criminals in power and your choice of leadership reflects who you’re.
The sad news is; Peter Obi is your next president and there’s nothing you can do about it.
Just as Obidient spotted Timi Dakalo's clandestine opaque message,is the same way we Obidient as spotted a creature like you with no brain.
