Christopher McCandless's decomposed remains were discovered on September 6, 1992, near the northern boundary of Denali National Park in Alaska, by moose hunters. He had passed away inside an abandoned bus that served as his shelter for the preceding 110 days, providing respite from the unforgiving Alaskan wilderness. Found alongside his scant provisions were a .22-caliber rifle, a collection of aged books, a camera containing five exposed film rolls, and a diary documenting edible plants in the book's margins. The cause of his demise was determined to be a combination of starvation and poisoning, likely resulting from misidentifying and consuming toxic plants.

There was a systemic warfare against old large tree that started a long time ago, read about the destruction of the great holy trees in Europe carried out by the roman church, it didnt start there, it had nothing to do with the alleged "sacrifices" being claimed by the church that had been performed by some groups that desecrated these places, knowingly or unknowingly. Some of these large trees documented were of a unknown species to modern biology & of great importance to humanity & the ecology. Trees have a much higher function & relation to all living beings than realized/understood.

I couldn't imagine bringing myself to cut down such a majestic tree. It was alive for hundreds of years before Christ was born!
Cutting such a tree down just seems like a ridiculously callous act. It's almost like deliberately burning an original painting from a great master.

The giant sequoia tree pictured was a magnificent specimen that had an estimated age of 2600 years at the time of its unfortunate felling in the 1890s. Giant sequoias (scientifically known as Sequoiadendron giganteum) are among the largest and longest-living trees on Earth, and their existence spans several millennia. They are native to the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in California, USA.
During the late 19th century, the logging industry experienced a significant boom in the United States, driven by the high demand for timber to support expanding cities and infrastructure projects. This period coincided with the industrial revolution, which led to an increased need for lumber. The immense size and durability of giant sequoias made them particularly sought after, and sadly, many of these ancient trees were felled during this time.
The cutting down of the 2600-year-old giant sequoia tree in the 1890s represents a tragic loss of natural heritage and a poignant reminder of the environmental impact caused by human activities. Today, there are efforts to protect and preserve the remaining giant sequoias, as they hold immense ecological value and are regarded as national treasures in the United States.

Musk vs Zuckerberg CAGE FIGHT: How I Accidentally Caused It
Two days ago, I tweeted about META’s competitor to Twitter called ‘Threads’.
I took a few jabs at Meta, then referenced their Chief Product Officer saying how they’ve "been hearing from creators and public figures who are interested in having a platform that is sanely run."
Elon saw the tweet and promptly responded facetiously by saying, "I'm sure Earth can't wait to be exclusively under Zuck's thumb with no other options. At least it will be 'sane.' Was worried there for a moment 😅."
A Twitter user responded to Elon’s comment by saying, "Better be careful, @elonmusk. I heard he [Zuckerberg] does jujitsu now," to which Elon replied, "I'm up for a cage match if he is lol."
As if this callout by Elon wasn't enough, Zuckerberg responded to Elon's challenge via his Instagram story by saying “send me location," referencing the famous quote from MMA fighter Khabib when he called out Conor McGregor.
We now have additional information about the potential bout:
- Location: Vegas
- It will be fought in an Octagon (UFC style)
- Potential referee: Joe Rogan
- Andrew Tate has offered to train Elon in preparation for the fight.
- UFC President Dana White claims he spoke to both Elon and Zuckerberg, and both are “dead serious”
While Zuckerberg has experience in Jiu Jitsu & MMA, Elon undeniably has the physical advantage over Zuck.
