And that’s a wrap on Intermediate First aid, Basic Seamanship and Basic Catering this weekend. BZ to all the classes and good luck to those on assessment on Tuesday!
Thanks to all the instructors who gave their time to deliver this training weekend.

No we didn’t have a casualty today but we did have a visit from @Role1Medical to our cadets on the intermediate first aid course! Cadets had a greater understanding of the role post first aid from the medical services!

Outstanding effort from you all!
Thank you to our sponsors #UKRFA @rnrmcharity and support @CdreMelRobinson @RNReserve
Only possible with the support of our families and our employers. I couldn't have been part of this team with the support of Mrs S @palmsquirrel and my #teamfisher
@CapitaPlc colleagues. All set for track week starting Monday.
Not that I intend to use the @RNLI mainly cause @westall_chris would never let me forget it but; after buying a kayak, along with a whistle and buoyancy aid I also became an #RNLI member. You can as well. 👇 rnli.org/support-us/give-mon…
Kayaker rescued off Cornwall after four-hour search bbc.in/45Y5LV7
I can neither confirm nor deny whether the capsized kayak had anything to do with me.😕 Evenings like this are why I'm an adult #volunteer for @SeaCadetsUK. Great times passing on skills and knowledge to the next generation.
Our cadets got up close and personal with @SeaCadetsUK Flagship TS Royalist on Thursday whilst on the water. Many of our cadets have fond memories of voyages they’ve already been on!
Meanwhile our Juniors enjoyed their first night of Kayaking in the marina!
Whilst some of my @RNReserve colleagues were in London for the #Coronation I stuck closer to home, helping my #seacadet unit host a breakfast for #Veterans #freescran!

Not just in emergency care. Post op recovery constantly struggling, poor staffing levels/skill mix. Poor physical working environment.
Lack of beds ie. actual beds.
Long waits for ward beds for post op pts.
Staff moral through the floor.
We're broken 💔
