So inspired by the performances at World Juniors and U23! Go team go!

For historical reference 2014 TT same course was @GordonJewett 13:08. @chrisNTjeffries 13:36, @xcgeek 13:54.

Only timing issue today was @simonwhitfield taking finish vs lap lane from swim. Wetsuit photofinish! amateur err :)

@chrisNTjeffries Working on sprint lunge training. @cccski Jackrabbits #2028Olympics. @rapidcampf

Olympic hangover defined.

A 4-year olds comment after watching the sprints today: "Why don't they get hot chocolate??". #perspective

Eastern Canadian Championships timing hut. The dream of any xc geek ;)

Same hipster. New vest.

@chrisNTjeffries Not quite...

Some random hipster in San Fran. #HairCut #ButSameVest

Starting to be a common sighting at the clubhouse these days.

Wow, what a start by team!! After half the field @Alex_Harvey leading, @DevonKershaw 2nd +4 with 3rd place another 9 sec back!!

Sign #27 your NST clothing is getting old: Cell phone doesn't fit in dedicated cell phone pocket. #GoodOldDays

Our sport was invented by Vikings but apparently -12 is too cold for a certain modern day Norseman #weeklyintensity #fallfromgrace #guesswho

Like too much NOS in an engine, with great power comes great burnout. Hullsy center after 3.5min of intensity. #out

Few seconds after launch. Everyone is welcome to lighting ceremony at 9pm 1101 Larch (or anywhere in Larch actually)

At T-minus 10 seconds till launch. Lift off was successful and star orbit achieved thanks to amazing team effort!
