I set my mind on becoming a firefighter and got it done. The journey wasn’t easy, but I trusted the process and kept my faith in God. Now I’m a firefighter and paramedic. Crazy to think about sometimes. All glory to God!
🚨🚨THIS IS AWESOME🚨🚨
Former #Browns WR Hollywood Higgins announced that he is now a firefighter.
“Becoming a firefighter gives me that chance to show up when people need it most. To save lives, or simply to stand beside someone on their worst day”
This is truly amazing 🙌👏

Has spent the last 5 years either bad, pouting, injured, or suspended.
Openly engages and antagonizes the fan base, right after another poor showing.
Less than 48 hours later: “You’re our guy.”
Browns fans I don’t know how you do it.
Sources: The #Browns are naming Deshaun Watson as their starting QB for Week 1. The favorite going into camp. Now the starter, officially.

The funny thing about the Deshaun Watson situation is it’s entirely about his play. The fans (mostly) loved him the first year or two and defended him. Since then, everything has to do with how bad he’s been in conjunction with his contract. The personal side is the cherry on top

Why Cardano?
Because Leios is Cardano scaling at the base layer without changing what the base layer is for.
A settlement layer is only valuable if people can trust it under pressure. More throughput means very little if the cost is weaker validation, fewer operators, extreme higher hardware barriers that limits validation to the wealthy, or a system that becomes harder for normal participants to verify.
Leios is designed to increase Cardano base layer throughput by changing the architecture of the pipeline. Instead of forcing all work through the same limited path, Leios introduces input blocks, endorsement blocks, and ranking blocks.
That allows more transaction data to move through the system in parallel before final ledger inclusion.
Scaling is not just about speed. It is about propagation, validation, ordering, bandwidth, reliability, and the cost of participation. If those constraints are ignored then the numbers may look good, but the foundation is weaker.
The strength of Cardano is that the base layer is globally operated, independently validated, and built around the security properties of Ouroboros. Thousands of stake pools have minted blocks. Many operators run modest infrastructure. The blockchain has shown almost 9 years of reliability because participation has not been pushed into the hands of a small set of privileged machines or people.
The public Musashi Dojo testnet opened in late June 2026, which means this work is now in delivery, feedback and testing stages.
Leios also fits within a wider scaling strategy. It strengthens the base layer while layer 2 systems continue to add more specialised capacity above it.
This is why Leios is important and extremely competitive in the current market.
It is more useful capacity on a blockchain that still prioritises security, decentralisation, and long term reliability.
That is the foundation Cardano is building and upgrading.
Why Cardano?
Because deterministic settlement really does matter.
Cardano’s eUTXO model gives builders a different foundation. A transaction is built from explicit inputs and outputs. A smart contract does not operate against a constantly changing global account state. It validates whether a specific transaction is allowed to spend a specific UTXO.
This means that transaction logic can be checked before submission. Fees, execution budget and validation behaviour can be calculated off chain before the transaction is sent, provided the inputs have not already been consumed.
This actually creates a real cost saving. Failed logic does not need to become expensive on chain trial and error. Builders can construct, test and validate the transaction locally first, then only submit when the rules are satisfied. The blockchain still performs final validation, but the expensive part of discovering obvious failure can happen before funds are put at risk.
For financial applications, this is really important. Settlement systems need predictable costs, clear failure and reliable execution. When value is moving, you do not want users guessing what a transaction might cost, whether it will execute, or how the state may change between signing and submission.
This is another unique selling point, and further value of Cardano’s model. Cost, validation and settlement are predictable before execution.

BREAKING MIDNIGHT NEWS
!!!Attention All Cardano Developers!!!
Midnight is ready for developers who currently have a Dapp in the Cardano ecosystem to hybridize with Midnight!
Here are the steps to get started:
Go to Effectstream: github.com/effectstream/effe…
This is the Midnight cross-chain framework — all on GitHub.
If you are interested in features that are not available on the network yet, you can get involved in protocol standards here: github.com/midnightntwrk/mid…
If you have a business that is currently generating revenue and has customers, you should apply to the NightSky Accelerator Program: midnight.network/night-sky-a…
If you are pre-revenue and have no customers yet, the Build Club is for you. Apply at: midnight.network/build-club
I am a Midnight Nightforce U.S. Leader & the Nightforce LinkedIn Leader. I also lead the initiative that onboards enterprises into Cardano and guides them in implementing Midnight privacy features into their business models.
If you have any questions or if I may help in any way, please feel free to reach out!

I call upon the entire Cardano community to not stand by and watch people attack our ecosystem and community like this. We must trace every tx together, watch every cross chain transaction, let's work together to report every single movement of funds. Many CEXS have already been notified..
Specifically the attacks prior to my investigation.
They will regret attacking Cardano.
To the attacker, there is still time to return what is not rightfully yours.
This is still a work in progress, but the attack is currently looking like 1,961 separate drains.
The attacker’s initial transaction appears to have been funded by what looks like Binance. Bubble sizes in the visualisation reflect outflow size, with the largest drains currently showing as 4.26 million ADA, 3.64 million ADA, 3.22 million ADA, and so on.
The total is currently looking like 60.39 million ADA, excluding token amounts.
I want to be clear that this analysis is ongoing, but I am happy to keep working on it and provide a full forensic report to assist exchanges, Binance, and any relevant parties in tracing the flow of funds to the attacker.
I built the tooling for this analysis under difficult circumstances, despite the personal attacks, transparency matters in incidents like this. The community deserves clear data.
More to come. I hope this helps.
Do not underestimate this community.

I am seeing a high probability, at this time, that the attacker’s wallet was first funded through Binance and is directly linked to a Binance account.
If confirmed, that would suggest the account went through KYC. Assuming the identity used is accurate, there may be a clear path to trace the individual involved.
I strongly urge the attacker to return the funds, or publicly announce a clear plan to return funds with urgency.

🧵1/3 Calling all single pool SPOs. @realfi_co is preparing its launch in Cardano and we are exploring a Single Pool Accelerator with selected single pool operators.
This may be the help you’ve been looking for. For anyone new to it, RealFi connects on-chain capital to real-world markets through a stablecoin designed to be backed by US Treasuries, money market funds, and private credit.
If you’re a single pool operator with roughly 1M to 12M ADA delegated, please register an expression of interest via the form I’ll link in the thread below. This is research, not an offer.
If you think single pool SPOs should help shape the RealFi launch in Cardano, please RT and share.

⚠️ SecondFi (formerly Yoroi) Security Incident
Although the official statement claims the impact was limited and the issue has been resolved, transfers to the thief's wallet are still ongoing.
I have compiled a guide on the procedure—restoring the wallet elsewhere, creating a new wallet, and moving all funds to safety—including steps to verify the official URL and protect against scams 👇
*Please make sure to verify the wallet URL yourself as well.

🚨 An Important Security Update from the SecondFi Team
We identified a security issue impacting a small number of Cardano wallets on our platform. We have contained the issue and paused the affected functions. Our engineering teams are actively working to restore full functionality to the platform.
To protect our users, SecondFi has been temporarily placed into maintenance mode. All front-end interactions are paused.
